“Perfectly located for exploring old town Monopoli”

The property is located at the entrance to the old town and prefect for exploring. It is also a good size and has all the basic necessities you will need for a few days in Monopoli. Lots of lovely fruit, cheese and ham shops nearby. It also has a small balcony where you can sip coffee and watch the world go bye. Very happy with our stay here.

It is a very comfortable flat and all you need is there . It was clean , beautiful windows , that give good light and elevator in the house. Very short distance to the old Town and the Harbour. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The wonderful host Enzo picked us up from train station.

Nice, clean, modern & well equipped apartment. Very central location with easy walking distance to both the historic centre & beaches. We took up the offer of garage parking at €10 per day, although parking in nearby streets seemed to be available when we visited in September. Enzo was helpful, responsive & made recommendations for local restaurants & beaches.

Despite different languages Enzo was supportive to requests we had. He fixed any small issues to be fixed. Beautiful balcony and 28 degrees days made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place!

Convenient, comfortable apartment within easy walk of the main attractions and restaurants. apartment was bright and airy, with good shutters for sleeping. Facilites are excellent and quiet at night. Enzo met us on arrival and offered a parking garage, but we had already found free street parking close by. Check in was easy and Enzo gave information on local restaurants, which we did use. We particularly liked Porto Russo Bar Restaurant.

“An accessible gem in an idyllic historic town”

Enzo met us at the train station & made multiple trips to take us & all our luggage & wheelchair to the apartments. He explained all about the area on our way in & provided a map with recommendations for several dining options & local attractions. Thank you Enzo! We were 100m from the beach in a step free apartment right on the edge of the old town. A shower bench was provided on request. The lift was small & slow but comfortably fit our standard self-propelled wheelchair. There is a disabled car parking space at the front door (permit required) Drivers were very considerate of wheel-chairing (or pram pushing) along the streets to avoid deep curbs. Monopoli Old Town is a surprisingly accessible old town for coastal Italy. The streets are gently sloping though the large cobbles were very uneven

Spacious apartment in a convenient location in Monopoli, only 3 minutes walk away from the old town. Our host Enzo was super helpful and available at any time. He met us when we arrived even tough we needed to delay our arrival and gave us great tips on where to go eat and things to see. I would strongly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to spend time in Monopoli or use it as a base to travel around in the area.

Apartment was very convenient to Centro Storico and a short walk to promenade.Enzo arranged car parking for us in a garage for a price.He gave us lots of tips where to eat,and showed us how everything worked in the apartment,also we had a bonus of a lift which suited me as I had a sore knee,.apartment was very spacious with lots of light.

Good location, excellent facilities, really helpful and welcoming

Flat has very good location. Just a few minutes from old city and beaches. Very good communication. Clean apartment. Possibility of parking even we did not used it. Good coffee machine. Good shops in the close area. Only can recommend. The flat is next to the street with heavy traffic. However even there are a lot of cars they do not drive really fast just moving in the traffic jam so we could sleep during night with no issues also with 3 years old child. We were expecting this so we do not consider is as something wrong just information for others who might come. Everything else was very good.
