Relaxing, calm , spacious, excellent location and facilities, especially the air con as we stayed for 8 nights mid June! Francesco was really helpful if we needed anything or just general advice.

“An absolutely perfect stay!”

Unbelievably clean, spacious, comfortable bed, huge shower, location is ideal if you want to be right in the middle of all of the restaurants and hustle and bustle. A bonus is that it’s so quiet in the room so you are not disturbed. Excellent spot, would highly recommend to couples, families and solo travellers!

The location was insane! Right in the heart of the Main Street of Monopoli, set in a courtyard with complete privacy - the minute you close the gate to the courtyard there is such peace, even in the busy evenings. The rooms are so beautifully thought out with lovely little touches. Francesco was a great host, he was polite, kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had breakfast included which was a voucher for the caffe down the street, literally a one minute walk away and the caffe was great! You get a juice, cappuccino and a croissant (plain or filled) included. We loved sitting and people watching over breakfast as the tables are set right on the street. There are two entrances to the courtyard and apartments, front and back, and you’re given keys to access both. We slept so well, the rooms are dark and the air con is great. The beds are super comfy as are the pillows and both are memory foam which felt rather luxury compared to other hotels and apartments. There was even a toothbrush set left in the bathroom for use and that was so convenient since I forgot to bring my own!! We would recommend this place to everyone and would happily book again. Thank you!!

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean and with new installations. Bed was very comfortable and shower 10/10. The location is also a positive aspect - the stay is located inside Monopoli city center, with parking spots nearby. The private parking spot indicated by Francesco was great.

An absolute gem in the heart of Monopoli! For quite a busy little town I always enjoyed coming back to the quiet courtyard to enjoy the sunny terrace and orange trees after a busy day exploring. With a beautiful view of the church towers and absolute silence at night it was a perfect and relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable and the little kitchenette provided all the things to enjoy a coffee or meal on the terrace. I would absolutely stay again

Everything was perfect, starting from the central location, finely decorated rooms, absolutely clean and welcoming host Francesco, who let us make the check in earlier. The property is located in a busy street in the old town, yet when you enter it feels very quiet and peaceful, with a little private garden. Definitely reccomend to everyone who visits Monopoli!

Location was excellent in centre of town , fantastic good size room and lovely balcony, lovely bedding and towels all good quality. The shower worked well and easy to use. Kitchenette was good and Hobb heated very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the old port and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax during our visit. A special mention goes to Francesco’s outstanding hospitality. He helped us with our luggage on arrival, stored it for us until the room was ready, and kindly looked after it again after we checked out. His assistance made our stay smooth and stress‑free. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

We stayed in Demetra apartment. I loved everything about this apartment. The beds are very comfortable and there was a choice of two different types of memory foam pillows, beautiful soft towels and even slippers. The apartment is well decorated and exceptionally clean. Although not huge the apartment is a good size for a 3 day stay for a couple and has a spacious bathroom. There is a small kitchenette in the living area with coffee pod machine, sink, hob and fridge. The host gave us vouchers to use in a cafe down the road for breakfast. There ia a Juliette balcony off the bedroom and a small terrace area off the living room, ideal for morning coffee. Down some steps there was a nice communal garden/terrace area for the 4 properties. The property is located on a main street in the old town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, but it was very quiet in the apartment. I would fully recommend this apartment,

It was conveniently located at the heart of Monopoli with some excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It is on the first floor and easily accessible by stairs. There is a small well equipped kitchen area allowing preparation of drinks and food. The property is located within the ZTL zone and the central area is effectively pedestrianised. The decor is modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Monopoli is a great base for other towns such as Matera, Alberobello, etc. fascinating history to this area. Francesco met us at the apartment and replied to any queries quickly, exceeded expectation
