“Only here for short time but enjoyed the town and a little beach nearby.”
The location was good, parking was great and, although we had to walk 10 mins for breakfast it was superb and served in a lovely café. We had a nice terrace with the room.

The accommodation was situated in close proximity to both public transport and local stores. Most iconic locations were 15 minutes away. Breakfast was served at their caffe which was located away from the accommodation but only 10 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was good and freshly prepared. The room was clean and we had the terrace room which had a splendid view both in the morning and in the evening.

“Wonderful room and delicious breakfast”
Everything, very modern comfortable room with a lovely sunny view from the balcony. Parking right outside was free and safe. The host was very friendly and the highlight was the delicious breakfast in the cafe next morning. We had a really fresh croissant and then 2 eggs and bacon on toast. We even had 2 cappuccinos each. This was all included in the B&B rate. Fantastic stay

The location and room both were good. Just few minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast is served at a nice cafe which is around 15 minutes walk and is in a market. Food was good as well.

Very nice and clean room. With big balcony where You can relax after busy day at the city. Whole B&B feels like good Italian house, with a kitchen, garden. Just cosy and warm. To the city historic center it's really like 10 minutes walk. The same time for a wonderful and delicious breakfast at owners cafe. Big, big thanks 👍🏻

“5 star service”
Vito and Maria Pia are outstanding hosts. On top of being super hardworking and attentive, they facilitated our trip to Alberobello, our need for a laundromat and just simplified everything for us. In addition, the breakfast they offer their patrons is well beyond the continental breakfast. They greet you personally to their Cafe del Corso every morning and it was where we ate the best in Monopoli. Their lunch menu offers refreshing veggie options. The villa is also super, with garden and terrace. Vito and Maria Pia deserve five stars in our opinion.

Really clean B&B situated on outskirts of the town but only a short walk.from the old town and beach. Convenient parking just outside.. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped rooms and ensuite. A 15 minute walk to cafe where breakfast is served. The Cafe serves really tasty food and lovely atmosphere, we had a good substantial breakfast every morning. Photos don't do it justice. Extremely happy with our stay, would highly recommend.

“Comfortable Stay with Breakfast and Parking Perks”
After over a month of travelling, the little things made all the difference — and this property ticked all the boxes for comfort and facilities, like having an iron, ironing board, and clothes horse on hand (a true gift when living out of a suitcase!). One of the biggest perks was the guaranteed car park right in front of our accommodation — no stress, no circling tiny streets, just easy access every time we returned from exploring. And breakfast was a highlight — fresh and delicious, served at the owner’s café just a short stroll away. A perfect start to our Monopoli mornings. ☕🍊

“Lovely sunroof”
Lovely sunroof terrace with seating and excellent sun. Big bathroom and room had everything we needed. Helpful host let us check in early. Excellent breakfast included - 15m walk away. Quiet building.

“A great choice if you arrive by car”
Everything was perfect! Amazing design of the whole house. W ehad private parking. Breakfast was perfect, even though a bit far from the property (6 mins by car).
