Very nice B&B and great host Paolo. Good location, few blocks from the hystorical center, perfect breakfast with fresh strawberries :) In general superb place to stay when you in Monopoli. Recommended.

What we liked most about the property was the feeling of being genuinely looked after. The host was exceptional - kind, generous and very attentive, preparing amazing breakfast every morning and making us feel more like personal guests than tourists. The location was perfect for exploring everything by foot. Train station around 10 minutes, bus stop for Alberobello only 5 minutes, and the old town and marina just a short walk away. We never needed a car. The property itself was spotless, modern and beautifully organised. Everything looked brand new and exactly like the pictures. The shared kitchen, living room and balcony were also very beautiful and comfortable. You can really feel the care and attention put into every detail. We stayed 3 nights and honestly did not want to leave. We would definitely come back again.

Paolo was an amazing host! We had excellent communication before our visit and he gave us lots of recommendations during our stay. He was most helpful with everything we needed. The room was spotless and we had clean towels everyday. Moreover Paolo is very thoughtful and he provided us with everything we needed to wash our clothes ourseleves. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh ingredients and with a great variety to choose from. The location is great, a 10'walk from the train station and 10' from the old town. The room was big, sunny and the bed was very comfortable. The fact that Paolo was kind to let us leave our luggage after the check out so that we didn't carry it all day was also much appreciated. “Perfect private accommodation close to the Old Town”

Accommodation right next to Old Town, quiet place. The room was clean, modernly furnished, had everything I needed. Very comfortable mattress, I slept like a baby. :-D The room was cleaned every day, the host Paolo was attentive and prepared delicious breakfasts. If I came back to Monopoli again, I will definitely book this B&B again. :-)

The owner is extremely kind and helpful – he showed us what to visit, gave us advice on what to do, and even made us breakfast. The place is quiet, peaceful, and cozy.

Great location — a bed and breakfast with a private bathroom. The room has a dryer, air conditioning, a shower, and access to a balcony from the kitchen. The property is very close to the heart of the city, as well as shops, restaurants, etc. Our host was very friendly, helpful, and polite. It’s hard to find something better. I can highly recommend this place to anyone. It was a real pleasure to stay here!

“Cosy place in the heart of Monopoli”

The apartment is very clean, cosy and beautifully furnished. It is also located in a relatively quiet area, so you don’t hear any noise at night. It is also a 2 min walk from the city centre. There is a kitchen where you can make tea, take cutlery. Paolo is a very attentive, hospitable and nice host, and every morning he cooked for us absolutely delicious breakfast! I highly recommend this place !

The location was fantastic. 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Only a couple minutes walk to the Old Town and the beaches. The breakfast is amazing - so much food and the variety is great. Modern & clean bathroom and your room has a fridge.

“Quiet room near old town city centre”

Very close to the vivid old town centre, but the room was very quiet. Paolo prepared for us very tasty rich breakfast in the light kitchen with balcony,where you can dry your clothes. We were allowed to store here our bags before and after check in/out. Everything was very very clean.

Very happy with our stay at B&B Verdearancio, the room was big, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and ample, Paolo was a great host and helped us with directions etc. The Location is perfect just on the edge of old town, so is away from the noise of the old town but 2 mins walk to get there.

The property was comfortable and clean. The food was delicious. For breakfast we had fruits, croissants, toast, eggs, cheese and ham, and more. We also had coffee and bottles of water. We got room cleaning everyday, and also new towels everyday. It was very close to the old city and beaches: Cala porte vecchia, cala porto bianca, and cala porto rosso. And also there was a place you can rent a bike next door. Paulo was were kind and showed us where we can go for visit, for swim and places to eat. Great recommendations. I highly recommend B&B Verdearancio for pleasant vacations.
