It was beautiful and very clean , the hosts were so nice , attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of choices every day. It’s well located, with a car you can go to Polignano a mare , alberobello and there are very good restaurants nearby in monopoly. The swimming pool was so great as the garden which is paradisiac…. I highly recommend this property…

Anna and Vito and the fabulous team made us so welcome. The gardens are gorgeous and the pool is amazing!! The breakfast is legendary, so much choice! Although you do need a car, the location is perfect to reach many of the beautiful Puglian towns. The whole place is spotlessly clean and well maintained, Vito doesn’t seem to stop working! We highly recommend Tenuta Martinelli, it’s a very special place.

My family and I stayed at Tenuta Martinelli for 6 days and loved every minute of it! The property is really beautiful and the owners are very hands on and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast with home made cakes every morning. The room was spacious and clean. We loved all the beautiful details with the vintage Fiat 500s, the beautifully decorated villa, the pool area and the garden. It's a peaceful oasis, just outside Monopoli. The nearby beach is also great, with good cliff diving for our teenagers. Would definitively stay here again!

The hosts were so welcoming and very friendly. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The rooms kept lovely and cool during the heatwave!

We had a wonderful stay at Tenuta Martinelli. The hosts are very lovely people and always keep in mind your wishes and make a great breakfast! It's super relaxing to stay at the pool, and the location is ideal to go to restaurants and several beaches nearby. On our 2 week itinerary in Southern Italy this was by far the best accommodation we stayed at! Thanks again for our stay.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. Everything about our experience was perfect - from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Words can’t describe how amazing this property and the family is. We truly felt like home away from home. First, we mixed up the buses and they came pick us up from the station. We were so grateful after all this travelling. My sister is vegan and every morning they prepared her special breakfast that even at the best hotels she didn’t get (?!). Everything was perfect. The hospitality, vibes, kindness… the pool, oh the pool. Best B&B in Puglia and we will come back for sure!🤌🏻 Thank you for an amazing Italian experience!

“Heaven on earth”

We entirely loved everything! The hosts welcomed us so nicely, they always paid attention to our needs. Moreover, the domain was really better than on pictures, it was out of time, a scarce heavenly place.

The location is perfect for exploring beautiful Puglia. The B&B is very pretty and so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves alot! Anna and her husband were so welcoming and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Their pastries at breakfast were fabulous 👌 We would definitely return there should we go back to Puglia again, excellent choice.
