“Wonderful place”

A wonderful place, a bit "hidden" in a street where almost no one passes, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is served at tables set out in the square in front of the building. There are both savory and sweet options. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Maria and Filippo are delightful hosts. I highly recommend it.

The accomodation was amazing. Our hosts Filipo and Maria went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We have a lovely breakfast each morning, the room was always clean and tidy. Our hosts always went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay and assisted us with transport and day trips. Would definitely recommend to friends and book if we ever come back

The hosts, Felipe and Maria, are truly wonderful – warm, welcoming, and attentive. The kind of service they provide is something you wouldn’t even get in a hotel. Our room was spotless and cleaned every single day – something that, in most hotels, you have to ask for. We stayed for five days, and every detail was taken care of. Extra towels, even for the beach, were provided without us ever needing to ask. And then there’s the breakfast – absolutely incredible. Every morning, Felipe makes the best handmade cappuccino we’ve ever had – the foam fills the entire cup, and you can taste the care he puts into it. Maria prepares different cakes and cookies each morning, all fresh and absolutely delicious. The lovely lady who cleaned our room every day was also incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the warm, home-like atmosphere of the place. This is more than just accommodation – it feels like home. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special stay.

All around it was an ok experience. The room is small but new and renovated. The location is very central in the old town. But the hosts, especially Filippo, take a lot of space and are heavy handed. Although they are well-intentioned, it was a drag on our overall experience. The check in was painful: although we were tired and just wanted our room, Filippo wanted to go through his script of all the attractions of the city - even if we didn’t ask for anything and clearly wanted to leave. Then, in order to take photos of our passports, he broke the spine of my new passport. During the stay, even though we had been told that there would be no cleaning between our two nights (which is normal) someone entered our room and moved our belongings around. Nothing was missing but it felt very intrusive. This rental was by far the most expensive one of our trip in Puglia and the least enjoyable one. Also be aware that you can only pay in cash.

The property was very clean, well presented and very conveniently located. Wonderful continental breakfast freshly prepared every day, served with the best cappuccino and delightfully delivered by Filippo.

Everything was outstanding - especially noteworthy was the delicious homemade breakfast in the yard of the old town and the warmth of Filippo, who gives you the most italian experience. He always has good advice and humor that brightens the start of the day. The room was cozy, clean, authentic italian and in a perfect location close to the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect, the comfortable room and such a good choice for breakfast. The host Philipe was so helpful and the cakes made by his wife and mother were an added treat.

The accommodation was beautiful spacious and spotlessly clean , in a great location with a fabulous host . Our original Booking was upgraded by the host as there was a plumbing issue , so we had extra space which was great . You cannot fault the host , he arranged breakfast everyday was very informative and helpful . Great cappuccinos! He made our stay such a great experience ! Thanks so much !

The B&B is in the old part of Monopoli, in a quiet location but everything was in walking distance, breakfast was excellent with a good variety, room was very clean. Maria and Filipe our hosts were friendly and very helpful with local info.

A great little B&B in Monopoli. Location was so central yet in a quiet spot. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a plentiful and tasty breakfast. Fantastic cappuccino. Did not meet Maria but Filippo was very kind and helpful. He really went the extra mile to ensure that his guests were happy.

We stayed there for 5 nights and had an amazing stay! Had the best cappuccino for breakfast in whole of Puglia accompanied by the cutest and delicious homemade cakes! The location is perfect and just in the heart of the old city of Monopoly so convenient to just walk everywhere. The host is really friendly and gave us really helpful advice for the area. “Exactly what we wanted”

It was a most enjoyable experience- the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The room was lovely overlooking the small square but the highlight was the location of Dimora Palmeiri- it was so central to everything in the old town and nothing was more than a 5 minute walk. It was an ideal location for our 3 night stay in Monopoli. Out hosts were excellent and informative
