“Monopoli charm at Annarose wins us over!!”
It’s a great location in the historic centre meters from the waterfront Porto Vecchio and beaches. Very small square and cosy with many neighbours . But private. Roof top terrace is awesome With a great view We cooked for times in the cute kitchen The little balconies so cute And downstairs more outdoor seating Washing machine very good Very comfy room, bed, bathroom

“Lovely apartment in Old Twon”
A charming comfortable apartment in a great location. We really enjoyed our time in the Blue Rose. The roof top terrace was sunny and sheltered which was perfect in April. Anna is a very caring thoughtful host.

“Misleading with the sea view terrace, and the host complained about our 8 PM arrival”
The apartment itself was clean and in a good location, close to restaurants and attractions in the old town. It was a nice touch that the host had prepared some snacks and a bottle of wine for us, we really appreciated that. Overall, the apartment was fine, but the communication and the clarity of the listing could definitely be improved.

“Perfect stay in a beautiful home in wonderful Monopoli”
Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of old town Monopoli. We loved everything about our time here. Anna was absolutely brilliant at communicating and helping us find parking nearby and answering any questions we had regarding exploring the local areas. The home has everything you need for a great stay. Lovely comfortable bed, great hot shower, fabulous terrace with sea view and 5 mins from everything!

A very authentic flat in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from the coast. The terrace has a lovely view over the city and even a partial sea view. The place has a great atmosphere, and the host is incredibly kind and attentive — she really cares about your comfort.

Plenty of space, comfortable and well-equipped as an excellent base for exploring Monopoli. We absolutely loved the rooftop space - morning coffees up there in the warm breeze with sunrise are some of my favourite holiday moments - and appreciated the kitchen which meant we could enjoy some home-cooked meals with local seafood and other produce. Anna was very welcoming, and helped to make our stay fantastic.

“Excellent”
Beautiful old building right by the sea. Very quiet. Plenty of cafes and restaurants very close by. Lovely sea right in doorstep. Anna was very helpful and friendly.

We are very satisfied with our stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and cozy, located in a great area without noisy bars or restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace is amazing, offering a wonderful view of the sea. Anna is an excellent host—kind, attentive to her guests, and flexible, making it easy to adapt plans as needed. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic, and we loved the rooftop balcony. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Anna was delightful to deal with and provided great information prior to arrival including clear instructions on where we could park.

Fantastic location close to the sea bars restaurants cafes. Fantastic view from the terrace Anna was a great host we left something behind and she helped us go back and get it. She was generous as well leaving treats for us
