“Lovely villa near the sea.”

Everything was amazing. Anna is a wonderful host, she can organise a taxi, pick-up at the airport and tell what is around. The sea is gorgeous. The restaurants nearby serve delicious food. I hope to return as soon as possible.

First of all, great welcome and care from Anna, she has the gift of making one feel immediately at home. The photos are great but even after seeing them you will be surprised at how big the place actually is. The terrace quite big too, with a great view on the sea and the mountain, great for romantic dinner under the moonlight. All rooms are beautifully decorated giving the whole place an artistic feeling. The beach is 1-2 minutes walk from the house. Monolithos is a nice small village, not touristy at all, which is rare enough on Santorini.

Very very close to the beach. No big wave, very clear water, and it's quite shallow, good for children. You can enjoy the sun rise in the apartment, from window or balcony. Young children can enjoy watching the plane landing and take off. You can see a blue dome church from the beach. We discovered a cave house near by and groups of little fish by the rocks. Close to Karmari by car. Lots of restaurant in Karmari. Nice place for a family.Very very close to the bus stop, but not many bus. If you are planning to hire a car, choose Anna's villa. Anna help us to hire a car, no deposit, full insurance with low excess fee. You can choose the basic insurance that's cheaper. But I chose the full one as it's my first time driving there. Car hire company collect us from the airport and pass the car. Our return flight in the early morning, just 4 min by car to the airport, park the car at the airport car park and leave the car key under the driver carpet. So smooth. Anna’s Villa was great value for money. The bedrooms were spacious and clean with a big kitchen and living area. We liked the location. It is very close to a beach which has soft black sand. We swam in the water. Also the area has 3 good, value for money restaurants close by. It’s obviously not in the very touristy areas of Santorini but everywhere is easy to reach due to the bus network. The buses are amazing cheap (1.6€) and air conditioned).

Santorini is a very expensive island,: food, drinks, hotels are almost twice the Cretan price. Anna's Villa is huge for a 6 person apartment: a large living, 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies. The largest balcony is about 3 x 9 meters with a view on the sea. This place is just too cheap. It is not filled with junk, as apartments often are, it is tasteful decorated. The bus and a supermarket are nearby, and 4 restaurants within 200 meters. Anna is a very friendly lady, living next door. and... it was 35 degrees last week, but the airco kept all the rooms cool.

Amazing accommodation, so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Beds were really comfy and the villa was so spacious. I have no complaints!

Anna is an amazing host, very warm and helpful, she will assist in helping you out around the island. The apartment is convenient, spacious with nice terraces and just two minutes from the beach. Amazing restaurants are just around the corner and a very well equipped store.
