Maria Angela was fantastic – a genuinely warm, authentic, and kind person who made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The place had a very charming and authentic atmosphere, personal rather than touristy or impersonal. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and highly professional throughout our entire stay.

“One of the best in everything-view, breakfast, comfort, host”
Everything!! Really! Mariangela, the host is extremelly kind and attentive. The room is very spacious and with a large glass door overlooking the Langhe hills. Shower is great and hot. Breakfast is super well served with lots of homemade and fresh items. The surroundings are beautiful, quiet. Quiet place for sleeping. Just 8 min by car to Monforte d’alba center and similar distances to other langhe small towns. It’s an excellent place for a base when visiting Langhe. Tha landscape from your room door is stunning.

“Perfect stay with the perfect host!”
Mariangela is the perfect host. She didn’t make a problem of us arriving somewhat later than anticipated (even though it was already quite late in the evening). She provided marvelous stuff to make breakfast: everything was fresh, local, and organic. She even made us cake. We were perfectly able to wash our clothes in the washing machine and dry them on the balcony. The room was very clean and pleasant. We also thought the location was perfect, as it’s close to Monforte d’Alba, one of the cutest villages around the Barolo/Langhe region. On several days we took some time to relax at the B&B because it was so nice. Grazie mille!

“E stato veramente fantastico!”
Super studio on a great location, absolutely recommended! Close to great wine places like Monforte, Barolo, Serralunga, La Morra. Delicious home made + locally sourced food for breakfast. Mariangela is a super nice host with great communication. One thing that was especially important to us is that the place is really dog friendly. We already miss the place!

B&B Sant'Anna 21 is located on a quiet street, just outside the village Montforte d'Alba. The B&B is situated in a beautiful environment and has a wonderful, spacious garden with sun loungers. It offers a guest entrance and free parking space on the property. The rooms are big and clean, with large comfortable beds and separate bathrooms, all with a private shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. You can make breakfast yourself, with fresh and local products that are in the fridge in your room. The host Mariangela is very friendly and helpful, making everyone feel at home. There are many great restaurants to visit in the area, like Osteria I Rebbi and Osteria Pizzeria In Piazza. Some nice places to visit include the villages Barolo and La Morra, the Castello di Grinzane Cavour and the wonderful Cascina Sòt winery for wine tasting.

“Simply amazing, highly recommended”
Mari was a wonderful hostess. Room was great and breakfast was homemade and all local products. Our dog already misses his best friend Tobi, Mari’s dog.
