I can honestly say that Silvio and his wife, have a great business there. They share an affinity with their guests. For myself, I felt like I received 5 star treatment, Silvio really went above and beyond for me. My flight was delayed by a few hours due to storms over Milan, Silvio then went out of his way to meet me at the airport very late at night and take to the guest house. Upon arrival he produced snacks and a drink after my delay, and his wife heated up some pizza for me as well. The room was excellent, the hosts were excellent, location 5 minutes from centre of town - excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Oh and by the way, in the event that I have forgotten, Silvio was absolutely totally excellent. Thanks for a great stay in your lovely B&B

Tina and Silvio’s B&B exceeded all our expectations. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were both beautiful and comfortable as well as uniquely designed. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing. They’re also fantastic guides, offering great recommendations for local sights and trips.

Lovely B&B, fully consistent with the description on the site. Cozy rooms with everything you need. The hosts - Tina and Silvio - are friendly, attentive, helpful, very nice people. Ready to help with any question. Excellent breakfasts, always different. Everything was delicious. We felt at home. We will definitely come back here!

Silvio and Tina are the best hosts one could imagine. They go out of their way to meet the needs of their guests, or in fact exceed their expectations. Every morning at breakfast we were completely spoiled with delicacies, including freshly baked ones from Tina's kitchen, and with the warm attention of Silvio, who told us all about the sights of Monfalcone and the surrounding area, recommended the best restaurants and created a pleasant atmosphere with his humor and lust for life. When I asked one morning if we could take one of the bath towels to the beach, we immediately received two huge beach towels, and that's just one example of their extreme hospitality. Of course I also want to mention our quiet and lovingly furnished room with its spacious ensuite bathroom (with rose-scented shower gel), both meticulously cleaned every day, but it's this adorable couple that steals your heart. As Silvio put it: 'People come here as guests, but leave as friends.' We could't agree more.
