Amazing apartment! Very different, immaculately clean, great facilities. Water in the fridge on arrival, plenty of pots and pans. Coffee machine a really nice touch. Very friendly host, great communication and very kind. Loved it!

Roomy apartment with kitchen facilities

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The location is excellent, perfectly situated and ideal for exploring the area. What really stood out was the host: incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. From the beginning, we felt well taken care of. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Overall, a very positive experience, we would definitely come back.

A very nice place, close to the sea. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The landlord was very polite and friendly and always kept in touch with us. There are plenty of parking spaces, which was very important to me. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing experience staying at Mondello’s Pearl. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything necessary. Edi is the best host we have ever had. He was super responsive, gave us many recommendations for Mondello restaurants/experiences as well as for Palermo. He helped with figuring out the infrastructure and local ways. We happened to be in Mondello at the time of nation wide strike in Italy and our train to Cefalú was cancelled. There was no way to get to Cefalú without a car and Edi was super kind to offer to drive us all the way for 1.5 hours. We are very happy we ended up at Edi’s place and would 100% recommend.

Excellent apartment with all amenities. It is located in a quiet and peaceful place, close to the beach. For those who don't feel like walking, there are 2 electric scooters and an umbrella, with parking provided on the beach. The owner Edi is very kind, he even drove us from the bus station with his car. The apartment has two large TVs with NETFLIX and a coffee machine with capsules, provided by Edi. Clean apartment with all amenities. We had a great time and we will be here again next year. Thanks Edi!

We loved the place from the beginning and our host was amazing and even picked us up from airport when we had a problem with car hire. Which was hugely appreciated. Scooters were fabulous and so easy to get around especially in the heat. All facilities were great, it had everything. Our host was great to get in touch with and gave us many recommendations, thank you for a wonderful stay

I would give this place 11/10 if I could. HIGHLY recommend this place. Edi did everything perfectly he was an absolute Gem. He was so kind that he came to collect us from the station after we had trouble with our car rental and even dropped us there when going home too. The place has everything you'll need, so clean, homely and smells lovely too. Walking distance to the sea. If you don’t like walking he has 2 e-scooters available for FREE. Edi was prompt to reply to any questions and he is so generous with the recommendations for Mondello-he even gave recommendations for when we were in Palermo! He was the perfect host who evidently loves making his guests happy and make sure a great experience of his city. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. It was 11/10. Grazie Millie!

We absolutely loved the property! The apartment was incredibly modern, well-organized, and spotlessly clean. It looked amazing and had all the services we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet zone added to the peaceful ambiance, making it a perfect getaway. Additionally, the apartment provided two scooters, an umbrella for the beach, and two rain umbrellas, which were very convenient. The owner, Edi, was exceptionally helpful, picking us up upon arrival and even dropping us off at the airport for our early morning flight. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Edi, the owner is an exceptional person, very kind and very attentive to his guests. he was available and very good advice for visiting Palermo and others. Mondelo beach is nice 👌 it’s not very far on foot it’s 15 to 17 minutes 💪 or otherwise there are free electric scooters available. there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is very pretty and very design ! I love it 🥰! there is plenty of space! the apartment is very well equipped , a gas stove for cooking , very practical washing machine, 2 large TVs with free Netflix, bath towels. Lovely apartment, industrial design. Great facilities, snacks and coffee provided. There were even bottles of water in the fridge at the arrival.😊 Great quiet area, public transport nearby. 15 min walk to the beach, since we were to afraid to ride the provided scooters. Edi is the most kind and serviceminded host.

Very large apartment, with great facilities. A/C was excellent and TV's in both bedroom and living area. Kitchen functional and coffee provided, with some welcome snacks and toiletries Everything about the apartment was great. Fast wifi Edi the host made sure we had a great stay in Mondello. Plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Electric scooters available which was so useful exploring the local area. Great quieter area to stay in, and connected by public transport.

Very service mindet owner. Edi picked us up in Mondello when the bus did a wrong turn and didn’t follow the original route. The apartment had everything we needed and even more as 2 small electric scooters were available for use. That made it really easy to explore and go to the beaches and around. On our last day Edi even offered to drive us to the bus station but ended driving us right to our new hotel. We highly recommend Mondello’s pearl. A true hidden gem.
