Its a beautiful place to stay

We loved it! Pictures don't show how spacious it is. Beautiful garden, flowers and roof view is stunning! 6 girls stayed there and was plenty of space. All apliances available! Valentina was really nice. Very close the beach! It has very nice vibe, lovely areas around, clean and feels really safe.

Location was good - a short walk to the centre and beach area. It was in a residential area so was quiet plus parking outside. We liked the large living room area and the outside patio area where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Excellent communication throughout. Very warm welcome and thorough tour of the house. The welcome package of snacks, milk, refreshments and water was wonderful. Such a nice touch - the last thing you want to do is a trek to find bits to get you going! I had a couple of questions during my stay and Valentina was very quick to respond.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable & Valentina was delightful. Lots of space, gorgeous garden, terraces and air conditioning and washing machine was a bonus. Generous welcome basket provided which was appreciated. Street parking close to the property. Easy walk to Mondello beach. Would highly recommend.

Here's my enthusiastic review of our stay at this beautiful villa near Mondello Beach. The villa exceeded all our expectations. It is clean, bright, with high ceilings and elegant ceiling moldings that add an unique charm. There are two spacious, light- filled bedrooms, a cozy living room, and the terrace on the top floor with good views of the surrounding mountains. The villa’s garden deserves special praise: well-maintained, lush, and filled with stunning trees that create a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. In the evenings, we enjoyed having barbecues and taking in the fragrance of the blooming trees - truly magical moments. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: plenty of linens, towels, kitchenware, and even laundry detergent, which is especially convenient for longer stays. It’s easy to reach the center of Palermo by bus, with a stop no far from the villa. Within walking distance is also one of the best beaches on the coast, where we loved the warm sea and soft sand of Mondello. We are especially grateful to our hosts Valentina and her Mum for their warmth and hospitality. The host speaks English, which makes communication easy and the stay even more comfortable. Thanks to their attention and care, we felt completely at home. We fell in love with this villa and are already planning to return next year. Beautiful Italy, magical Mondello, and this welcoming place will remain in our hearts for a long time.

Aside from its proximity to the beach and restaurants, it’s also a lovely, well equipped home! The Hosts (Valentina and her Mom) took an extra effort to buy medical supplies for our family. Thank you for travelling to Palermo just to buy something in the Pharmacy even if it’s late! We really appreciate the effort and care!

This was the best place in my one month Italy holiday. The host was very helpful. They even changed the coffee machine immediately when I told them it wasn’t working. Thank you for everything.

A lovely home to relax with the family. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Much appreciated the welcome pack including some essentials like milk, pasta and passata. A beautiful environment to explore this part of Sicily!

“Perfect holiday home for a group!”

The property is excellently located, 400 meters from the Mondello beach. The owner and her mom received us personally and made sure we were comfortably checked-in. We were here for a bachelorette and had the best time at this place. There is everything you could ever need in the house, including a gift basket they left us. Very cozy and comfortable home, and very stylishly designed too. Amazing hosts, so kind and communicative too. Will definitely return again!

Beautiful house, spacious and well maintained. The garden and terrace are a real plus Beach and restaurants are at your door and it is a great place to visit Palermo from.

“Paradise by the sea!”

The photos do not do this beautiful villa justice. It is huge! It is tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. I thought I was renting an apartment in a villa, but in fact it was an entire villa with 2 terraces and a large garden. The beautiful hosts Valentina and Carmen met us even though our flight was quite late. And what a welcome! They left us tea, coffee, pasta, biscuits, jams and preserves, milk, cold water etc. much appreciated, as was the delicious almond cake, a Sicilian speciality. The restaurants the ladies recommended were nearby and outstanding. Cannot praise this stay enough. They facilitated a late check out for a nominal fee which was fantastic, as our flight was late and it meant we could go for a swim in the beautiful clear waters of Mondello beach nearby. Don't miss a trip to Palermo, you can get the bus, but taxis are freely available too. It's the most wonderful place! Le Vele Mondello was a little piece of paradise that we will never forget. “Exceptional villa in Mondello”

The villa was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It was really spacious providing enough room for 3 (me and my two older teens) with great indoor and outdoor space. Exceptional terraces and a pretty garden. The owner couldn't be more helpful providing us with advice on buses, excursions and organising a driver to the airport. I would recommend this villa to friends and hope to return.

“Great family stay in Mondello in a wonderful villa with tarraces and garden”

We had great holidays at Valentina's place! The house itself was great - 2 large bedrooms, huge living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a storage - plenty of space for a family of 4. Additionally there were 2 great tarrace and a lovely garden. The house was clean and well equipped. The location was about 5 minutes away from the beach, among other villas. Mondello after the season was a really nice and chilled place with plenty of restaurants still open. Valentina went an extra mile and prepared some toys for our kids. When we arrived there were some basic groceries prepared in the kitchen - very nice touch! Thank you! Overall a superb stay.
