Alessandra was an excellent host, she was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. She had been very communicative on the phone before we arrived and made sure we had everything that we needed. We were able to check in early which was super helpful. Alessandra showed us how to get around from the flat and gave us excellent recommendations of activities, restaurants, cafes and beaches to visit.

Fantastic and friendly host who made us very welcome and made everything easy for us. Always had help available if we needed it, very kindly organised efficient taxi pick up at the airport which was very much appreciated and our host was there to show us everything as we arrived. There was the most fantastic little deli/mini-market just around the corner and a superb bakery around the other corner. The beach is an easy walk away and the accommodation is superbly cleaner, private and quiet. Would recommend this as a great place to stay without doubt.

The place is really awesome! Alessandra (the host) did a really great job with the apartment. It's very cozy, comfortable and clean, there is everything you need in the apartment (fully equipped kitchen, dishes, cleaning tools, good hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine etc. everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome). There are also several beach umbrellas so you don't need to pay 32euro at the beach. The apartment has a comfortable terrace where you can take a rest and enjoy. The apartment is not far from the beach, the minimarket with super nice staff is right at the corner Alessandra was ready to help with any questions, explained how to get to Palermo, helped to organize transfer back to the airport. So all in all this a really great place to stay for a good vacation.

We were met at the property by Alessandra, our host, who had been in touch with us ever since our booking was accepted, she was extremely helpful and arranged a taxi to collect us from our coach, she could not have been more welcoming and to be met personally was such a refreshing change and not often experienced. Alessandra was always available to answer any questions and we were overwhelmed when we managed to mess up the taxi arrangement to take us to the airport, Alessandro drove us there, a truly lovely person and Excellent host. The apartment was beautiful, modern, pristinely clean with every amenity that we could need. It had a lovely outside seating area, very secluded and was two minutes walk to a very nice patisserie and mini supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach area, we cannot recommend this lovely little gem enough, you will not be disappointed. Very lovely apartment. Good location (10min walk to beach and restaurants). Loved the outdoor area. Host was amazing! She greeted us at the apartment even though our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. Really appreciated the wine and fruit waiting for us in the fridge.

Very nice stay, comfortable, clean, tastefully and well kept. Intimate although close neighborhood. House equipped with everything you need. Wonderfoul smell of growing outside jasmine. Nice surprise with shower outside. Almost next to bakery with fresh bread, cakes ad sicilian specialities. 8 minutes walk to the beach. Very helpful host, thank you Alessandra.

“An excellent place to stay in Mondello”

Everything was amazing! The hosts were wonderful: communication with them was great, they met us at the location to give us the keys. They also showed us where the mini-market and the bakery near the accommodation are! We found one bottle of water, one of sparkling water and one bottle of wine and fruits from the host as a welcome gift! The house itself is awesome! Everything is clean and very nicely decorated and you have everything you need. We really liked the outside shower in the garden - it's great for rinsing off the sand from the beach! The accommodation is cozy and comfortable, the garden around the house is really nice, I loved the plants! The location is also great, it's very close to the Mondello beach. It was very easy to reach the beach.
