The location is perfect: two steps away from the shop,from the beach and cafes! Very family friendly,great space,well kept and maintained. The outdoor space was perfect. I liked a lot the fact that there was coffee,tea,sugar,salt and pepper already there. It is as simple as that. Ah! The shower’s pressure is great!!!

The location is amazing. 2 mins to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful town. We had a lovely new years break. The apt has everything you need.Hearing included as we stayed in Dec. The owner was very helpful. Left us some tangerines and water and juice. Gave us lemons from.his garden and even helped us take our dog to the vet. In summer this would be a perfect vacation desrination, with the use of the big garden /table and chairs that are available.

“Josh’s House - a well kept property for families in the heart of Mondello.”

Spacious property which is well renovated and has every thing you need for a pleasurable stay. The property is also well located in the centre of Mondello with cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was very clean. Josh is a great host and overall good person.

We absolutely loved Josh’s house. It was a comfortable and safe oasis in Mondello. We had spent 3.5 weeks traveling around Sicily and was our first ground floor accommodation and we really enjoyed spending time in the gorgeous space outside. Comfortable beds, pillows and couches, it had everything we needed. Josh also helped organise a transfer to the airport and was very helpful with supplying a high chair, cot and even still + sparkling water.

“Spacious house in a perfect location in Mondello”

The house is located in a central location close to Piazza Mondello - everything is close: the Mondello beach is just couple of minutes away, the rocky beach at Capo Gallo natural reserve is 10+ minutes. There is a shop and many restaurants walking distance away. Josh is a great host - he picked us at the airport and showed us the main shops/restaurants/ice cream place and even the weekly (Thursday) open market street (on Via Appollo). His daugther Giorgia took us one day for a day trip to Palermo to see the main sights. But there is also an option to take the bus to the city center. The house is very clean and spacious with a big terrace (which was even enjoyable in the great heat waves due to light breeze). Josh and his family were extremely helpful and made the whole stay a great experience. Mille Grazie!

“Wonderful stay right in front of the beach”

The house (they call it house, it’s a villa for me) it’s situated on the ground floor. Has got a patio area that is covered and an amazing outdoor garden. The inside it’s just gorgeous, minimal decor in pure mediterranean style. The whole place has been recently refurbished so all appliances are brand new. There is parking within the premises, so if you are renting a car there is a safe place to park it within the inner property. The beds (and the pillows!) are super comfy to sleep on. As we had 2 young kids, we were provided with an additional cot bed and a single bed to add to our bedroom. Overall, the whole place is quite open plan and amazing for a family. The villa is located on the road just behind the promenade and the adjacent beach of Mondello, which is within 4 mins walking. There is a little supermarket half way to the beach, and in the square there are several restaurants/eateries. The villa was absolutely spotless, not one hair, a grain of sand, a bit of dust anywhere. Bed sheets were nice and crisp. The villa had a lovely smell throughout. Josh and his family has been a champion accomodating all our needs, and always went the extra mile to help us and assist us with whatever we needed.

It was amazing! As someone said " It's at a strategic point". Josh and his daughter pick us up at the airport for a low rate and show the neighborhood to us. Everything is near you, the beach, restaurants, supermaket, bus station, taxi, everything you need is near you. The house is incredible and equipped everything you. The house owner Josh is extremely kind if you need something information or something else Josh and his daughter will help you kindly. We had a very great time with my wife and we plan to back again next year because it was a unique holiday. You can shop nearby local food ingredients and cook local dishes in a great equipped kitchen. Travel to Palermo city center is about 30min with bus and very easy to go to. Thank you Josh and Georgina it was an unforgettable holiday for I hope see you as soon as possible!
