The host was lovely and very helpful. Location is perfect to stroll into the town. Also easy to navigate to other towns (we had a rental which was great and plenty of parking).

“Mondello worth staying accomodation”

Our stay at Casa Pia was wonderful, only thing we regret is that we should have booked more nights. Location is perfect, quite and safe, walking distance to the beach about 10 minutes with kids, on the way small playground. The apartment itself has all you need - space, large bathroom, jacuzzi on the top of the house is a piece of luxury for your stay and the best treasure of this apartment is its owner Pia. Very nice and lovely person with kind heart. She explained us all we asked about, picked us from airport, gave us lift on the way back and we are greatful for all she did for us. My girls were sad when we were leaving. Deffinitely recomending you to stay at Casa Pia

“Absolutely lovely hidden gem!”

Everything was perfect. Our host picked us up from the airport which made it so much easier than trying to navigate buses/trains and taxis. One morning she brought us breakfast and later some beers and even gave us some of the traditional Italian dishes to try. She was very accommodating offering to take us to Palermo when she went there and was very sweet and kind always looking out if we needed anything. The apartment was nice and cosy in the basement area with the little private courtyard. She lives in the apartment above but there was plenty of privacy! The hot tub on the roof was completely private and a very nice addition to the accommodation. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearby shops. Less than 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. I can't fault the apartment. Big bathroom, big living room/kitchen and very big bedroom! The kitchen had everything you needed to make breakfast/lunch/dinner. I would highly recommend Casa Pia, it was over and beyond our expectations and Maria is an absolutely lovely host. She even gave us a lift to the next accommodation. We can't wait to return back!

“Just splendid”

Casa Pia is stunning- perfect location and beautiful apartment. The jacuzzi on the roof has breathtaking views and the apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable with gorgeous decor. Pia, the host, went above and beyond to ensure we were relaxed and enjoyed our stay. We arrived with a flat tyre and she immediately took all the worry from my hands and facilitated the whole process of it getting fixed. Being abroad with such an accident happening could’ve been enough to spoil a trip but Pia did not allow that to happen at all. She arranged a driver for us at the drop of a hat, Emanuele was great and gave us loads of suggestions for our evening, finding out specifically what we were after. We would return in a heartbeat, the location just a 10 min walk from a beautiful beach and lots of lovely food places. Pia- you are a star and we can’t thank you enough for your splendid hospitality- we couldn’t have wanted for a thing!

The flat was beautiful spotless. Jacuzzi on the roof was amazing 👏 Maria was a lovely person gifted us fresh fruit and homemade biscuits on several occasions. Located in a gated community only. Very short walk to the centre of Mondello this stay was luxurious comfortable and clean , the Host was AMAZING and helpful we highly recommend this property

i don't usually leave comments but after a stay at Maria's apartment i must say that was an incredible experience 😊 the hospitality we received was amazing 🤩 and the owner is super friendly.i could not recommend more. she even offered us a lift to palermo but we had stayed there already so we didn't take it. anyway her kindness is just unreal and i definitely will come back again. on the top of the terrace we had our own private jacuzzi with a beautiful mountains view which is a bonus too.

Pia is simply amazing. The apartment is perfectly located in Mondello, with an easy walk to the beach and centre. And the rooftop is stunning.

We stayed for 12 nights, apartment was clean and spacious. However it was basement apartment with terrace being at neighbours area, not part of this particular apartment. When going to sun holiday these details are very important, very misleading information on booking.com. Owner was very nice and approachable. Beach was about 10 min walk, safe and easy. Roof terrace with jacuzzi had amazing views and very relaxing.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic three-night stay here! The property was spotless, and we felt at home right away. The location was ideal close to the center and just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to explore. The private jacuzzi with its stunning view was a definite highlight and made our stay feel even more special. I am so happy that we chose this acomodation. Our host Pia was amazing and incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. She truly made our experience unforgettable. Maria met us on arrival and was so friendly. Apartment clean and welcoming. Roof terrace with hot tub and views was amazing. Great location with short walk to beach and restaurants. Maria even gave us a lift to Palermo which was so generous of her.
