Roberta the host was a pleasure. She made sure we knew everything about the unit. Location is great. Right next to the beach & the square. Very unique design. Beds were comfortable. Air condition was good. There is plenty of room for three guests.

On the doorstep of Mondello. Property is a full functioning apartment, met with Roberta to check in who was so lovely despite the language barrier we faced. No street parking but was given info for a paid parking lot nearby which was great

good location , only short walk to the bus stop which goes to Palermo, next to beach , few restaurant options in vicinity, quiet, outside space. Comfortbale beds and clean sheets.

The object and the owner deserve the highest rating. Amazing location, beautiful apartment - two levels and a wonderful patio. The apartment is very functional, optimally equipped. A place where you want to come back. I highly recommend!

Nice and modern apartment with a cozy terrace. Bigger than expected, and we were given prosecco at our arrival. Very nice and welcoming staff!

Excellent communication with the host, they have shown an extreme level of patience and generosity with our family as our flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. The apartment is excellent, and has exceeded all expectations, with an exquisite design touch, excellent location surrounded in a lovely and friendly neighborhood. Thank you very much for accommodating us and making our Palermo holiday a success and allowing us to capture the warm spirit of Palermo.

“Disaster.”

The lack of safety of the stairs within the apartment. Unfortunately I had a very bad accident whilst staying at the apartment, through no fault of my own. The staircase, which was made of stone, and was steep, with no handrail at all. At the top of the stairs, where the floor of the bedroom met the staircase, there is an area of approximately 1 metre which is unguarded. In the middle of the night, I fell through this gap. The fall onto the stone stairs was probably about 5/6 feet and caused very serious leg injuries. I had to go to hospital where I had stitches, and the wounds were dressed to stop the bleeding. I could hardly walk and had to return to the UK as soon as possible. This accident happened on the 28th April and I am still recovering. I have the most appalling scars to both legs. I am still having treatment. The accident, made us review the safety of this apartment . We then came to the conclusion that, right from the main entrance the stairs, and staircase are very dangerous. Even disregarding the danger of the staircase, anybody with any type of walking difficulty would not be able to cope with the stairs. The second photo shows the dangerous entrance from the front door and the first and third shows the unguarded gap at the top of the staircase. The owners of the apartment would not even consider refunding the days that were unused, due to the accident.
