Everything was perfect. The location was 2 minutes to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The cutest little B&B! Big, airy rooms in a very well kept house with a beautiful garden. Rooms very newly refurbished and the bathroom was very big. Fantastic breakfast with homemade cakes. Just three rooms in the entire B&B. The owners are always there to help and give advice on what to do in the area. Will definitely return one day!

“A little gem in Mondello- a must stay!”

I have luckily stayed in different parts of Europe and this is simply the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The room and location was perfect- the gardens on the property were breathtaking, you could have just stayed in the garden all day. The beach was a 2 min walk away with lots of restaurants and cafes local. The local shop prezzemolo vitale was perfect and the deli food was delicious. Breakfast at Alemar was so fresh and perfect for the start of your day. Alexandra and her mum were the perfect hosts- we couldn’t thank them enough for their kindness! We can’t wait to go back. A total gem in a perfect part of Italy.

Alessandra and her mum were the kindest hosts, always around the answer questions, and give great restaurant recommendations! It’s excellently located only a 2 minute walk from the beach and 5 mins from the bus stop. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. The outside space was lovely for relaxing in the evenings before dinner. The breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend Alemar to others and if we’re back in Palermo would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Alessandra!

Alessandra and her family have been perfect hosts, they were really easy-going and their place is lovely. The house is well located in Mondello, 3' away from a beautiful and clean beach. Well suited for a family with children.

We have stayed for 2 days. Location,Quality,Breakfast,Host everything perfect. Main beach is just couple of minutes by walk. Even the beach in national park also 10-20 minutes by walk. It’s cost 1euro to enter but it’s worth to pay. Entire building including room is very clean and fancy. Housekeeping also perfectly done. There were so many delicious dishes in the breakfast. Homemade breads,fruits,yogurt and so on. And I really impressed hospitality from host. I appreciate Alessandra. She and her family served everything! Very warming and charming! I’ll stay again when I visit Mondello. And I recommend you to stay!

Wonderful B&B only minutes from Mondello beach! Alessandra and her mother are so lovely and helpful. The room was fantastic - a great size for 2 people and a large bathroom. The breakfast spread was wonderful, too. The bed is a little firm but that is better than it being too soft! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

“Made us feel at home”

This B&B is very close to the beautiful Mondello beach! The accommodation is modern, clean and the garden has amazing orange and pomegranate trees and other plants! This place is owned and run by Alessandra and her mother. They were absolutely wonderful, caring and helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast was also super fresh and delicious, especially the tart and muffins baked by the lovely grandma! I’m highly recommend anyone who’s heading to Mondello to stay here

we loved to stay with Alessandra and her lovely mom. very delicious, traditional breakfast, made by grandma. very nice room, clean and modern.

Our stay here was totally great! I can fully recomend that place. Very, very nice hosts, delicious breakfasts with homemade cake and tasty croissants and many other options to choose. Great location (3 minutes walk to the beach), very big apartment (in fact we had not one room, but two, both of them very spacious). The cleanliness of the rooms was also noteworthy. The hosts also help us with transport from the airport and to the centre. If we ever gonna be back in Palermo we will definiately stay here again. :) Greeting from Poland! :)
