“Disappointing”
Instructions for key collection were not fit for purpose. There were no signs on entrance/building to identify that the flat was in that block. The velux windows were mouldy and did not have blinds. The flat was too hot. AC was not effective. The shower leaked. The covers on the bed and shower enclosure were stained. We tried to call owners but they did not speak English. The downstairs neighbours helped us gain access to the property after an hour of searching for the key box. They were very angry with the owners. They said this situation kept happening. This was not a good stay for us.
