Our stay at Villa Jazmin was disappointing. Upon arrival, we had not received the promised access code and were only able to enter after repeatedly calling the host. The house was extremely cold, and although the thermostat was on, the heating did not work until we were instructed to manually activate the boiler in a dark shed at the back of the garden. The following morning, the house became uncomfortably warm, suggesting the thermostat was malfunctioning. The kitchen was minimally equipped, with only one tea towel and three wine glasses, despite accommodating six guests. Additionally, three members of our group experienced severe skin itching after the first night, raising concerns about the bedding. One of the two televisions was unusable, as all channels had been erased and no instructions were provided to reprogram it. While the villa has potential, it clearly requires maintenance and replacement of aging furniture and appliances. Due to these issues, we chose to leave a day early. The host was cold and unwelcoming, and overall, we would not recommend this property.
