I loved how attentive the staff was, especially room service and the pool waiters. The views at the "escarpment" are amazing especially in the afternoon. The resort is great for families and very kid friendly.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and what truly stood out was how helpful and kind everyone was—from the reception team to the pool attendants. The level of care and friendliness across the entire staff made a real difference to the experience. A special mention goes to the guest service hostesses, Caroline and Susan, who were exceptional. They were incredibly attentive during both breakfast and dinner, always ready with a smile, quick to assist, and genuinely focused on making sure guests were well taken care of. Caroline in particular went the extra mile by organizing a beautiful birthday surprise for my 5-year-old daughter, including a lovely table set-up, birthday singing, and a cake—it truly made her day very special. The dining itself was a highlight. Meals were consistently excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. One of the most memorable moments was the themed Swahili breakfast—the food was delicious and authentic, and the added touch of staff dressed in traditional Swahili attire created such a vibrant and culturally rich experience. Another big plus was the kids’ park—it was wonderful, and my kids had so much fun there. It really made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family.

This resort is perfect for children. The kids club and pool were excellent. The new year's eve celebrations were fantastic! Great performances, food and the longest and best firework display I have ever seen in Africa.
