“One for the books. Would definitely recommend!”
The property manager, Joseph Karanja, was exceptional. He contacted me before our travel date and stayed in touch throughout our stay. We traveled by road and got lost near the end because the pin location recalibrated, but Joseph kindly came to meet us. He also recommended Chef Catherine, who was outstanding—my family even joked that we should bring her back to Nairobi because she is that good. The main road along Mtwapa is in very poor condition (it has been under construction for what feels like forever), so we mostly stayed at the property. Next time, we’ll use the Mariakani–Kaloleni–Mavueni road, which is fully tarmacked. The property itself is excellent and located within Sultan Palace Beach Resort, which feels secure and offers three pools (two were functional during our stay), a mini-mart, and a restaurant. It’s within walking distance to the beach and has strong WiFi, good air conditioning, and great showers with plenty of water.

“We wanted a quiet place to relax and unwind and we god a perfect one.”
The villa is in an excellent location in a gated complex next the beach. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

One the property you get what you see. It’s nice and beautiful… beach front …that was the most amaizing part… It had all the equipments in the house and the rooms were spacious and great..

“Lovely, quiet place to relax for a weekend.... affordable if you are many!”
Beautiful place, quiet and serene, and very relaxing. The sea is just there, there are several swimming pools available and it's generally very relaxing to be there. There is a shop in the compound which is quite well stocked but no fresh foods, so it's advisable to people to bring their own food as much as possible as it's very far to go to any supermarket or other shops

The house and the facilities. The house was impeccably clean and the host and his team friendly and responsive. The aircon was working in all the rooms. My young ones had a blast at the waterfront.
