“Bad”
Bad service from Staff except sercurity. Shampoo got stolen, no wifi for an entire half day, you ask for assistance, they ignore you, It seems as though the untrained staff went out of their way to make things difficult. Will not be staying here again.

“Not worthwhile anymore”
The only reason I still stay at this place is coz of the location! This place used to be a bomb till a couple of year ago and it looks horrible.

I had to book on booking.com after the staff lied that the hotel was fully booked even after I asked them about booking.com. they still invited that booking.com was not available as well
