The property itself is a lovely building with clean rooms, the people running this are wonderful and so incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Clean room and bathroom in a gated compound so good security. The host was good at communicating before arrival and during the stay. Made me feel welcome in their home. Reliable WiFi and Netflix available. Good for those travelling for work and are ok sharing the home with the host

A very nice property with overlooking the pool from the balcony. Very nice apartment with all amenities with so many varieties of plants. The hosts were superb and any questions about Mombasa and places to eat they were answered. They were superb in everything. We have never met such friendly hosts. We have found new friends in Mombasa! Thank you Sagar and Marianne for such a pleasurable stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff

Excellent place in Mombasa. Spotlessly clean room, strong aircon, plenty of warm water in a shower. Nice pool is available in a compound. Easy walking to shopping centres and coffeeshops. Hosting couple is really welcoming. Very nice people...

“Superb host and great location”

Sagar is a great host. I was arriving late (delayed flight) and he offered to grab me some groceries which is a generous touch. Location is great next to malls, restaurants and things to do.

“Lovely homestay in Nyali beach”

Sagar was an incredible host, the apartment was lovely and close to the mall. When checking in we got very detailed suggestions of what to do and how to move around Nyali. Definitely recommend the place.

The location being close to the small mall and I would say perhaps that was the only good thing about the place. Internet did NOT reach the room at all, there was 0 thought and effort put into furnishing the room just a couple of beds floating in there with no side tables, lamps the duvet cover was exposed with no sheet so it was strange to sleep on it so did not use. and the worst part was not having electricity the whole nigh and morning before check out so coud not connect or charge our devices nor sleep well without the AC. Glad we were only there for 1 night. If you only need a bed to sleep then I guess it is fine but with the price one can do better.

“A homely staycation”

Evergreen house is close to the amenities such as shopping malls and restaurants, all within walking distance. Sagar, the hose, is very nice and offer to cook dinner for us in one or two days.

The host (Sagar) is quite a gem. Ever smiling, very kind and caring. He was very warm and supportive. The place is nice and private. Ideal for those who like it quiet. The location is super ! Yes it’s 150m from the mall! Quite convenient
