Service was very kind and professional. The view from the hotel over the water was absolutely stunning. The pool area and garden is also very nice, and pool open till midnight. The music around the pool was turned down early at night which I really appreciated. They allow outside food (ordering in) which is great too to have more options.

“Most disgusting experience”
The breakfast was good but not much choice. The hotel looks superb from outside but the inside is dated. The interior requires renovation. The finish of the floor tiles in the bathroom is very poor.

Food and accommodation were very good. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Would rate it as excellent but the river smell wasn’t pleasant and road noise on our side of the hotel was quite loud.
