We only stayed one night and regretted it, because it is a really nice, clean and spacious studio. It has a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen and even a big closet if you have a longer stay. You can park your car on the property's parking spaces. The private beach with sunbeds is a real plus too. The lady that checked us in was really friendly. We loved our short stay!

Loved everything . This place is superb and having stayed in Mulinat 3 weeks before this place was the best . You are not charged to use the “ beach” the family were lovely and friendly especially the older lady . We were very welcomed and we would return . The bed was the best bed we had in the whole holiday . The place was very very clean and the kitchen the best equipped . We loved it . Nothing

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming – we felt at home right away. The location is excellent: peaceful and relaxing, yet still easy to reach. We especially loved the terrace with its beautiful view – perfect for unwinding. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

It was the most beautiful and peaceful place near Dubrovnik. When you want to get away from the tourist crowds, Molunat is perfect! And the apartment was clean, with a beautiful view and quite cheap. We also had a big balcony.pictures and taken from the balcony

“I will go back to Molunat, but to another apartment, with better internet and parking.”
The lowest apartment was ours, under the street, which was 10 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view. The terrace in front of us was also the common beach of the apartment, but luckily for us, a noisier group came only on the last day, until then it was very peaceful and relaxing. Molunat himself, a MIRACLE! The coastal road is narrow and requires patience. Lancana Restaurant is charming, its Team is professional and kind, patient, and their food... 🙏🥰😍

Stayed in this nice apartment owned by a lovely host. We booked for one night at first - but ended up staying for three nights. The apartment was near the sea - perfect for swimmimg and sunbathing in the day and very nice for enjoying self-cooked dinner at the cosy porch and watch the stars in the sky in the afternoon. The apartment have everything you need to have a nice stay: fully equipped kitchen with all you need to make dinner. Nice and comfortable bed to sleep in and good enough space to all your stuff. The store is in walking-distance and the location is nice and quiet. I will highly recomend this accomodation.
