Overview
Beachfront One, Mollymook is located 50 metres from the beautiful Mollymook Beach and features views of the ocean from the living area and terrace. Free and secure covered parking is included. The modern apartment provides guests with air-conditioning and has a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry, a BBQ and free WiFi. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment can be used as a 1, 2 or 3-bedroom apartment. The beachside golf course and club, local cafes, children's playground, outdoor fitness area and foreshore pathway are all within 50-100 metres from Beachfront One. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options nearby, including Rick Stein's at Bannisters, Cupitts Estate, Gwylo, and Small Town in Milton. The shopping and harbour precinct of Ulladulla township is within a 5-minute drive from the property. The historical town of Milton is also a 5-minute drive away, where there are boutique shops, homeware stores and cafes. Guests can find a range of local produce available from the Mollymook Markets, open every 5th Sunday when they occur during a month, which are just 150 metres from Beachfront One, Mollymook.

It really ticked every box in a home away from home. The unit was very clean, really liked the styling, it was comfortable and it just says “welcome home”. The communication and information from the owners was excellent. Highly recommend.

Very good quality furnishings and kitchen equipment. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything we needed. Spacious and comfortable. Bed was excellent and the ensuite was very good. And very good car parking facility off street and secure. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at Beachfront One.

Where to start Location Location Location clean tidy and very professional staff. Esay check in complimentary drinks on arrival was a lovely touch. lots of room for 6 adults ground floor easy access private parking undercover. “A true gem of Mollymook”
The owners have thought of everything, such care has been taken to make it that perfect home away from home. I stayed there with family for the long weekend and it was so spacious and furnishings were clean, stylish and comfortable. The location is wonderful, you really can’t get a better spot in Mollymook.
