The staff was not friendly or helpful. After night 1 they called and woke me up to say "Hi check out is at 11!" I had booked 2 night. And this goes on and on......

Very friendly staff, clean bathroom and kitchen. The cabin was super cute and had everything we needed. The porch outside was a nice addition. We were able to park right in front of our cabin.

After having read the negative reviews, I was a bit nervous about this place. Fortunately, it was much better than expected. They went to quite some effort to keep the place clean, well equipped and working. Yes, we had to bring bedding, didn't have a bathroom in our hut, and had to tidy up after ourselves, but I thought the price reflected that. On the whole, I would say it is a place better suited to families with younger children, but don't let that put you off. When we were there, it was quiet in the mornings and evenings, and the kids were well behaved.

“They didn't have our reservation. Left us stranded.”

Awful. They didn't have our room. We arrived after receiving confirmation of booking, and payment received, and a confirmation that our check-in time was accepted by the property. The office was closed, and no packet had our names on it. We called the help line, and were told they have no record of our reservation in their systems. How is that possible when we've received 3 emails about confirmation, what's included in our stay (vs extra fees for bedding and cleaning), and that our check in time request was accepted by them. These are so specific - who else could be sending them but them? We were told we could pay again, double the price we had booked earlier that day, which then seemed to be a scam. Meaning, they are putting people in this position at the last moment who have nowhere to go in the middle of nowhere, at night, after getting them to come with an attractive price. We escalated to higher management who then said she would have us pay again at the same price we paid earlier that day, and then told us there were no more rooms left when the other associate said there were (when it was going to be double the price). I asked if we could stay in the common room on sight for warmth or at one of the tent areas for free due to this huge failure on their part, and she said no it wasn't possible without paying again. So we had nowhere to sleep that night and still haven't received our refund for this disaster. Additionally, the room number pictured on our reservation is cabin #17. On the site, we were looking for this cabin, and actually, the name plates have been removed from a handful of cabins. Meaning they are selling cabins that don't exist anymore. Even the signs say cabins 1-16, and then it starts again at 24ish-40 something. The whole thing is completely suspicious, plus the fact that she said others have had the same issue this weekend. So how many people got stuck in the middle of nowhere with nowhere to sleep and keep warm?

Excellent location, close to the natural attractions of Kullaberg. Cozy house, clean common areas. A great place to stop and explore the peninsula at your leisure.

The reception manager was very kind and helped me lots. Compared to prices in the area it was great. Shared bathroom facilities was good and clean. The reception has a little store with necessities, food and snacks. Also offers different activities on sight like svimmingpool, mini-golf and diving trips. Great location and relatively close to a lovely local little beach. I would come back and recommend.
