“The appartemt and specially kitchen was in awful state.”
The appartmet and specially kitchen was in awful state. It was unclean, the cooking utilities were burned, and stained. There were also weired stains on the sofa and chairs. Door handles were falling off :/ overall our stay was so unpleasant we had to leave early and book another appartmemt. It gives off a vibe of a shady "one night hotel"... I don't recommend.

“No water, bath is unusable, no communication from the owner”
Property was looking good but there is no water in the bathroom! You cannot use the toilet/shower!

“We loved the apartment - it is beautifully furnished, and has a beautiful terrace that we also used.”
The check-in process was simple, with keys to the apartment in the lock-box. The apartment was very easy to find, and we were able to find a parking spot close to the apartment.

Comfortable beds. Nicely appointed rooms with good air conditioning, minifridge, blackout curtains. Cool bathrooms and lighting.

Nice apartment, everything new in the centre of Italian old city, quite - without tourist, you can see real Italian people life.

“Excellent choice!”
Everything is new and very nice decorated. Is better than a 5 stars Hotel. The owner is very friendly and also the neighbours. Near the house you have a little local shop from where you can take the best panini. Very close to the old center and Lungomare. The central station is at 10 min walk. You can take the train for Bari , Polignano, Monopoli .
