It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty and fresh scent of nature. There are plenty of activities for children, including playground, a trampoline, and various games, making it a great destination for families. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ethno Village Štitarica — truly one of those rare places that feels both authentic and welcoming from the moment you arrive. We traveled with two young kids, and they were beyond excited the entire time. They had so much space to explore, play, and experience something completely different from everyday life. It honestly felt like a small adventure for them, and that alone made our stay unforgettable. The hosts were warm, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. Everything was well organized, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, while still keeping that rustic, traditional charm that makes the place so special. We would happily come back again and highly recommend it, especially for families with children.

“Our go-to whenever we come back to Montenegro !”

It felt like I was back at home in les Vosges, France. Quiet and foresty mountains, with sometimes rain and thunder. We had the bottom floor of a cabin which has a little patio with chairs. We just sat there for hours, sipping coffee and watching the view. The property is very well taken care of. Everything is clean and trimmed, and they also grow their own veggies so it is fun to just stroll around and visit. The host is very welcoming and speaks a good english so it was easy to communicate. Dinner is offered by the host. It costs a bit but it is worth the money to eat homemade and delicious local food. It is also delivered at your room so just relax and enjoy the view !

Lovely stylish little house, it was a very cool experience to sleep there. Bathroom is very nice, kitchen was also okay. The breakfast and dinner we got was very very delicious. Our host was a very friendly and helpful guy. We recommend it 100%.

We loved this beautiful apartment, it is absolutely stunning, large and very unique with loads of outdoor space. Trampoline and table tennis for the kids and lovely outdoor eating areas. The owners are lovely people and they arranged breakfast to be provided as an extra. Pavle put us in touch with an excellent horse riding location in the vicinity. Useful kitchenette, comfy beds. We had a very lovely relaxing stay. You could spend a whole day simply admiring the fascinating decorations.

Very nice place in the nature, quiet and well kept (with nice amenities for children). Friendly owner speaking good English. I would recommend it to anyone (who doesn't worry to be a bit isolated).

A lovely and special place right in the middle of nature. Lots of activities for children, the room is authentic and very special. Everything is handcrafted, large yard. Highly recommended!

Absolutely cosy house and upstairs apartment, with unique decorations and handcrafts. Host family were very kind and especially kids that were having summerbreak there. Our family felt very welcommed by all and had a great time playing football and pingis with them. Breakfast and dinner possible to get if wanted. Great location to Natural park Biogradska gora were we recommend to go in the morning when less crowded.. Owner a very talented carpenter and his son were great hosts.

“A unique place to stay, where you can rest amoung the mountains”

If you are looking for a quiet place, it is one of them, surrounded by mountains, but not so far away from a small town. Very nice hosts. The apartment was big and spacious. There are provided needed kitchen features, a regular electric stove and a kitchen stove for wood. You can find towels and cosmetics. Clean bedrooms and bathroom. When it is too cold, you can use electric heaters. There is also a garden with a small playground (if you travel with kids).

Loved the atmosphere of the house, it feels ike a well loved family home. We didn't arrive until 8.30pm but the host waited at the property to meet us. It was great to step into a cosy kitchen/diner with the solid fuel cooker kicking out heat. The house is spacious upstairs and down with some nice traditional pieces of furniture. There's a lovely view through the kitchen window and the house is set in a large orchard. Nice play area for children.
