This 18th-century house, now a modern and stylish hotel is located in the centre of Moissac, just 50 metres from the Canal des deux Mers and the Vélo Voie Verte. With views over the garden or the town, the rooms at the Hotel Armateur are en suite with bath and shower. The terrace was lovely. There was bike parking in a 3 sided shed so I wouldn't say it was very secure.

“Outstanding. Worth a detour on its own.”
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. And the lady running everything couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Moissac is of course worth the detour but so is this fabulous hotel on its own. Shame we could only stay one night. Just to add we also had an excellent dinner on the terrace and the breakfast was unsurprisingly great as well. I think the hotel is only rated at 3*. It's better than most 4* hotels I've stayed in.

“Good value comfortable stay”
lovely peaceful family run hotel. Make sure you get a room on the garden side away from the road. Impeccably clean facilities, simple but more than adequate breakfast, located about 10 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel restaurant offers a limited but very well cooked Dinner if you don't wish to go into town.
