Sebastian is an excellent host and served us a wonderful breakfast "en plein air" in his lovely garden. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, located in easy walking distance to the town centre, restaurants etc. We enjoyed meeting Sebastian's gorgeous dog too. Hope we can visit again!

“Wonderfully-hosted stay in Moissac.”

Great location. Everything was comfortable and we were within walking distance of the abbey, Parking was easy. Breakfast was great but the high point was a most charming host. We can very recommend this place for a stay in Moissac.

We loved everything about the property. Sebastian and Melville ( his dog) greeted us on arrival. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean with everything you would need. It was a five minute walk to the town, where there were lots of places to eat and drink. Sebastian’s French breakfast was excellent, with homemade jams!! We would love to revisit someday. Well done Sebastian!! X

“Wish we could have stayed longer”

An oasis of calm for an overnight stop on our way south. Sébastien was a charming host and gave us advice about the local area and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, and even featured Sébastien’s home-made jam! The house and garden are beautiful and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and were sorry we couldn’t spend more time in Mossaic.

This is a charming property very conveniently located in a quiet street but close to amenities. Sebastian was an incredible host trying to find us a place to eat on a Monday night, out of season. He called the restaurants and then ordered a takeout pizza for us. Breakfast was delivered into the apartment by Sebastian at the requested time. All very delicious.

“Absolutely Fabulous!”

La Prévôté is 10/10. Close location to the GR65. Supermarket and laundromat in walking distance. Sébastien is a wonderful host...kind and caring with a great sense of humour. He speaks fluent English so communication was easy. My bags were transported to a different gîte and he helped me to retrieve them. His homemade breakfasts are amazing. The appartment is on 2 levels with a terrace off the upstairs bedroom. Inside the appartment is fresh and clean with very comfortable beds. Faultless. The added bonus is his beautiful dog. I was very tempted to abandon my hike and spend a few weeks staying in La Prévôté instead!!

Sébastien, the host was superb! He even offered to collect us from the airport when our flight was seriously delayed. Excellent accommodation , breakfast and location.

The host Sebastien anticipates your every need. The garden is beautiful, the double bedroom is calm.and comfortable, with excellent silent air conditioning, the breakfast delicious with a pot of fresh fruit salad every day, and the location superb on a quiet side street only a few minutes walk from the main square. And Sebastien is such fun to talk to in French or English about anything and everything. Don't just stay a night - stay a week! We stayed for 5 nights and could have happily stayed longer.

immaculately presented accommodation with attention to detail. the bed was the most comfortable we have experienced and the setting of the house and gardens is magnificent. the French breakfast was amazing in the most beautiful garden setting you could imagine. everything you need for a great stay is here.

Sebastian, the owner, was very friendly (as was the dog!). Accommodation was perfect for our one night stay to break up a longer journey. Two bed, split level, apartment. Recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast. Would happily recommend/ stay again.
