“Very friendly and clean place.”

The place is very convenient location, quiet, yet just half an hour to Venezia. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, we had a terrace with a view of the beautiful garden with flowers. I loved the the friendly atmosphere that the owner offered. All was a top notch.

Great hospitality from the very nice couple. Very specious, extremely clean and comfortable apartment. Super safe parking for your car. Great place stay if you intend to visit a Venice. You can leave you car in Mogliano and go by train to Venice (approx. 20 minutes from Mogliano to Venice).

The hosts were very kind and hospitable. The room was clean and tidy, all amenities were provided. Parking was very important to us and was within the complex. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I recommend these apartments.

A nice apartment not far away from Venice centre!

“Best place if you need a night near the airport!”

We stayed for one night before our flight. It was the best decision we made! The b&b is run by a sweet couple, and we got a spacious two bedroom flat with comfortable beds. It was extremely clean, and there were plenty of towels and shampoo. The flat was fully air-conditioned, which is very rare in the region and definitely a nice bonus in the hot season. You can park your car inside the locked gate, which makes it very safe to leave your luggage in the car if you need to. We got great tips for restaurants for dinner just around the block. We had to leave very early, and the owners went out of their way to prepare coffee and snacks for us. It was very thoughtful! It was only 10 minutes away from Marco Polo Airport.

Everything. I mean, it was perfect. Good breakfast, so good parking, the room was clean as possible, big clean bathroom, fhe neightbourhood…

“Perfect 1 night stop before, sadly, leaving Italy”

We stayed here for 1 night in June just before returning back home. It was the perfect place to stop (close to the car rental and airport) and the couple who run it were lovely and friendly. The room was a good size and clean and comfortable. We needed to leave early the next day to drop the car back before heading to the airport and they both got up extra early to prepair some breakfast for us before we left. A couple of bars and restaurants were also in easy walking distance. All in all a very plesant stay. Thank you.
