“Luxurious beachfront penthouse with stunning ocean views and sounds”

This penthouse was an absolute dream. The combination of luxury amenities, stunning ocean views, and direct beach access made for an unforgettable stay. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee and a convenient cleaning robot to keep the space tidy. The wonderful beach below, accessible by a convenient elevator, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The surrounding area is also fantastic, with a variety of services, shops and restaurants within the building and a well-stocked supermarket just steps away. The pretty large, secure parking is a huge plus. Hosts Alice and her husband were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The property is also very accessible for guests with limited mobility, thanks to the two spacious elevators and the convenient location of everything. One of my favorite things about this place was being able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore with the windows open. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a truly special vacation experience.

Reach the host and communicate was very easy. Location is exceptionally convenient. The beach, parking, supermarket, several restaurants, bus stop - everything is near. Patalavaca is relatively calm and not crowded place. The flat with a fantastic view from a terrace is well equipped. Thank you Alice for a pleasant stay.

We loved the location of the apartment. It overlooks the the beach, which is much quieter than the big resorts. The flat was spacious and had everything we needed. Including beach towels. There is air conditioning which was needed while we were there in November. Alice was there to meet us on our arrival and was very helpful. When we requested another key she brought it around within minutes. The flat is on the 12th floor and there are shops on the car park level (8). There is a lift down to the ground (beach level). There’s a good choice of restaurants and other beaches to visit. The sea was lovely for swimming in. If I was visiting Gran Canaria again I would definitely want to stay here.
