At Pietre Nere Resort & Spa, just outside Modica, you will enjoy a range of luxurious rooms, a spa and fitness centre, as well as a spectacular outdoor swimming pool. All rooms offer free WiFi. Rooms are all air-conditioned and come with a 26'' LCD TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. The spa comes with a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool, sensory showers and relaxation room. The resort provides an extensive buffet breakfast, featuring genuine, local items. You will also enjoy delicious Sicilian cuisine at the Pietre Nere. Gluten-free options are also available. The Pietre Nere is ideal as a base to explore this beautiful part of Sicily, particularly famous for the delicious chocolate made here. The renowned beaches of the South-East Coast are also within easy reach if you are travelling by car. Cava di Ispica is 3 minutes' drive from the property, while Pozzallo is 15 km away. The wellness centre is open from Monday until Saturday from 15:00 until 21:00 (latest entrance at 19:00) and on Sunday from 10:00 until 21:00 -The wellness program is not included in the price of the room

“Great hotel”
We travel frequently to Sicily and have stayed at a lot of hotels. This hotel was one of the best we've stayed at. The location was perfect for our needs, everywhere we wanted to go was within 30 minutes driving distance. The hotel itself was very well maintained and kept impeccably clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Resort is very nice , pool area is big and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and made our stay more enjoyable! The receptionist Giuseppe and the waiters Paolo, Franco, Marco and Claudio at breakfast, near the pool and at dinner in the restaurant. Restaurant is fine dining - compliments to the chef as food and presentation were delicious. I recommend this resort if you want to relax , I will surely re-visit.

We loved this hotel! The staff are very friendly and it's a very relaxing hotel. We especially spent time relaxing by the pool. Having access to the free fitness centre was a plus for us.

“Good stay, great staff and a very clean hotel.”
Hotel is in a very good location, very relaxing. Had dinner at the hotel, it was really good food, you can see that the chef prepared the menu from the heart and hard work. As for the staff they were all helpful, especially the young guy at the bar, sorry never took your name.
