The family-run Palazzo Il Cavaliere is housed in a recently refurbished 18th-century building, located in the very centre of Modica, right in front of the Cathedral. It features elegant rooms, furnished with antique Sicilian furniture and free WiFi throughout. Charming boutique family hotel. Very clean, traditional meets modern style rooms, breakfast in their old family room with home made ingrediens and very friendly family members. There is a lot of nice restaurants and bars and georgeous views of the valley from the top of Modica. Perfect location. 10/10

“What a treat to stay in such a historic home and meet the family.”
This is a 7th generation family home in the historic Center of Modica. It is run by the family who are justifiably proud of their home and its memories. Our room was quiet and quite comfortable. Our hosts were helpful for our explorations of Modica.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Gianpiero welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. He shared fascinating stories about his family, which has lived in this house for seven generations, and showed us the historic details, like the dining room portraits, the old piano, and the wooden horse from his grandfather — it really made our stay special. He also gave us great tips on what to see and do in Modica, and even provided a small coupon for 10% off at a nearby pizzeria. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and full of character. Breakfast had everything you could need to start the day perfectly. After two previous stays with very impersonal check-ins, this experience felt personal, heartfelt, and unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Modica experience!
