“Wonderful stay!”
We had a wonderful stay at Gioietta ospitalità siciliana Modica! The room was very nice and comfortable. Lovely terrace to have breakfast in the morning, breakfast was great as well. Elisa was a great host, very welcoming. Great location, close to the city center. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Gioietta Ospitalità Siciliana. The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety of local options that made for a perfect start to the day. The terrace is lovely, offering a relaxing space to enjoy the views and the sunshine. The location is ideal – right in the heart of Modica, within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Elisa was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Overall, a great experience at a fair price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Modica.

“Warm and welcoming BnB in the heart of Modica.”
Elisa is the most marvellous host. She made my stay easy and comfortable, and she speaks Italian, French, and English. Breakfasts were great and I enjoyed Elisa’s company then. The room (I had 1934) is lovely, all the more so knowing this was the host’s mother’s apartment. Comfy bed, kettle. I adored the shower - honestly, this is the first genuine non-slip floor (resin, apparently) I’ve used in all my life. It’s great having a balcony to watch the street action. Luckily, double glazing blocks the weekend noise of hoons at night. The location is the best available, I think- next to St Peter’s, opposite tourist info and the original chocolate shop which put Modica on the map.
