“Firstly the property kept cancelling my booking even tho it said pay at property i eventually Haf to do an international”

asked to transfer prepayment to guarantee the booking, though here was written that it’s possible to pay upon arrival charged more money than it was written in the confirmation, because when we had sent the prepayment they received less money 🤷🏻♂️ the staff was really disappointed that we’re late for the check in due to the traffic situation
