Wonderful location with amazing proximity to the beach (50 m), we got the top floor apartment with a stunning view and amazing terrace that was so secluded and and quiet. The grapevine growing over the terrace was so wonderful. Room was huge, and everything was in good condition, new and well kept. A future addition could be a microwave oven. Towels were fresh, cleaning excellent and a large bed as well. The staff is the gold here. Warm, welcoming, feels like you're staying at someone's home. Also happy to help with tours, boat trips, local suggestions, parasol, history etc. Such beautiful main terrace with lots of cacti, succulents and plants, and beautiful flowers.

very good location nice friendly owners the owner offered us a free boat trip to cavtat as a bonus gift cute cat Sashen’ka we had amazing terrace view swimming pool and nice area around it, our 4yo enjoeyd it a lot the stuff brings new towels and toilet paper, empties the trash bins every day beach umbrellas free to borrow

Delightful stay in a family studio with a terrace enjoying absolutely stunning outlook. Fantastic location conveniently situated for both the superb local facilities and to the harbour providing easy access to Dubrovnik and other places of interest. Accommodation well presented and clean and staff extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely Perfect – A 10-Day Stay to Remember! I’m on my last day from an amazing 10-day stay at Villa Carmen in Mlini, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The whole experience was flawless from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless – super clean and beautifully maintained – with a fantastic pool that was perfect for relaxing. Doris and Carmen were truly exceptional hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view from the balcony – so stunning that I found myself spending most evenings out there just soaking it all in. I also dined at their restaurant, Konoba Marinero and the meal was incredible – delicious food and excellent service in a lovely setting. To top it all off, I used their water taxi service to visit both Cavtat and Dubrovnik – a brilliant way to travel, with the same friendly and professional service I experienced throughout my stay. If you're thinking about staying here – do it. You won’t be disappointed!! I am extremely sad to be leaving this beautiful place

It was a perfect place to stay in Mlini, peaceful and calm. The villa is surrounded with astonishing plants, the pool was a very nice addition. There was everything we needed, the hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Lovely location, very convenient for everything. Close to beach, shops, restaurant etc. We had a lovely room and big patio area with fantastic view of the sea which didn’t disappoint. The location is great. The owners, Carmen and Doris are extremely friendly and will welcome you with open arms. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast with fabulous views of the Adriatic Sea. The room was nice and clean and served its purpose. The Mariner restaurant is next door and is also owned by Carmen, you will be made to feel welcome by her and the staff. The food is great and again can be enjoyed with superb views.
