The best impressions of this place began even before we moved into the apartment: all my requests were met by the management, even the ones that are not in the their responsibilities. One of my companions had a birthday on the day of check-in (which is a New Year's eve :)), so a nice surprise was waiting for her by the time we arrived. Also, we were allowed to check-in a great deal earlier, than we supposed to, and it saved a lot of efforts from our side to prepare for celebrations. Other stuff like extra dishwasher tablets or sledges for kids, or even the vacuum cleaner to pack our ski clothes densely into the vacuum packaging - we just had to ask, everything was there for us. I am sure there were "invisible" things that we didn't even notice, but they made our staying there impeccable. So I would like to say thank you to the management once again for all this care, you're the toppest! Regarding the apartment itself - it is warm, spacious, nicely designed, has everything that is needed to spend time with your loved ones (including two toilet rooms which is crucial for a big family). There is a lot of open space around the buildings and in the neighborhood - our dog was happy :) We were lucky enough to get a couple of snowy days while we were staying at the apartment, so it felt like we were in a fairy tale - everything was so perfect.

“We will definitely come back, given the chance!”
Location: Fantastic location. Easy 7-minutes drive to the nearest town for groceries and whatnot. Any hiking trails 10-20 minutes drive away. Great for dog owners - nearby wide and wild meadow for walks. House: The apartment was great - very cosy, well insulated from the outside temp (on that more in the "didn't like" section) and noise, one couldn't hear anything from the neighbours. Tiles all across the floors, which was a big priority for us, having two dogs with us. Bedroom was fine, big bed, side tables, all that, although personally we did find the mattress to be way too soft, morning back pain all week. The bathroom fantastic - spacious shower, big mirror, enough storage space, radiator/rack worked very well. Kitchen - designed for people, who rather heat up their food, not enjoy cooking it on their vacation. All the appliances are there, only the counter space is so micro. Plus, not even an induction stove, which made it so much easier to burn yourself or melt the provided plastic cutting boards. Plates, bowls, mugs or glasses are all there. Dining table good, sofa good. Balcony/terrace with a seating set great. Landscape: We were very lucky to have one of the houses situated furthest in the row, which gave us the best view of the mountain landscape. The window wall in the living room is spot on! Plus, we enjoyed couple of sunset brews on the balcony! Breathtaking, really. Parking: Private parking spot assigned to each house. Tesla charger on site (at the golf course main building/parking), charging free of charge for the guests, wow 👍🏼 All in all, we had an extremely lovely time staying at Apartmany Hradecek. The staff at the reception was polite and professional. We didn't take our golf gear this time, but the course looked definitely exciting. We will definitely come back, given the chance!

“Golf course hotel Adrspach”
The houses are newly built with quality materials, rooms are spacious. You can enjoy the terrace and have a personal bench and table outside the house with entrance from the bedroom. Food in the restaurant is quite good.

“Just perfect”
The apartment is very clean and spaisous. Comfortable beds, very well kept to the level that it seems lately renovated. Gorgeous views.. Good location near attractions, staff is friendly. With additional cost they also offer laundry services. We really enjoyed and we highly recommended. Best value for money.

“Place is wonderful”
I especially liked the place. The house is neat, convenient layout. Plus - they are pet friendly. The staff both in the restaurant and in the apartments are helpful.
