“They don’t care about you”
Together with my wife and our little son we drove two hours to this hotel. I’ve got a confirmation of my booking before, but once we got there a women at reception casually told me that there is no place. I’ve showed my booking and she said something like “yeah, there is some problem because we don’t always know about people coming from booking.com”. But the main point she was acting and saying that it’s not her fault.
