It's a really good stay. I enjoyed my 2 day trip to miyoshi as nd iya valley very Well.

The food at Heso place is delicious. The people are great and the nature around Awa-Ikeda (oboke and Iya valley) is incredible.

Super comfy bed and had a fantastic kitchen and lounge space. Because you check in to the salon, the heso camp itself is extremely quiet and when we stayed there was only one other person staying.

“Sleep and live like local experience”

Feel like home. Badic but comfortable with good night sleep. The staffs are super helpful. Quiet and calm envirinment. Feel very safe.

It is a very quiet area, and it feels safe. There are some restaurants and shops near the camp. Busstops are a 10 min walk, so decent for this type of area. Nice thick mattresses.

I got experience living in a traditional Japanese home. The futon was better than what I had experienced before. Being semi rural provided space and relaxation.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly and super helpful. The place itself was fine, quiet, clean, well equipped, the AC worked perfect and beds were comfy. The walls are very think though, so if you have a loud neighbor you will near everything. It was only a few min from the Center.

although you need to walk a little bit far but you will get the best memory in awa ikeda. A very friendly neighborhood, great staff, and a well-equipped house for a meaningful experience. i love everything here especially walk around the village during sunrise

It's a beautiful but rustic landhous. We loved the authentic feeling of sleeping in a japanese landhouse was great. The owner was friendly, checking in (even with very little japanese) was smooth, and the restaurant, where the check in takes place, was cosy and served delicious authentic food. I can highly recommend the accommodation!!!

Quiet and comfortable. The owner gave me a lot of souvenirs knowing that I’m a railway fan. A perfect foothold for starting exploration around the Miyoshi area.

Check in at the restaurant is convenient (and the food is good if you want to also get something to eat there), the house is charming and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice common areas and kitchen. Highly recommend!

This is a very traditional Japanese house, and so if that's the experience you're after, then this is the place for you. It's a little out the way and can take a while to get there on foot, but the quiet area is very peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the dorms had privacy curtains on each bed. There was an honesty box with a number of snacks and drinks available if you needed food.

The accommodation is ideal for solo travellers as myself but also for couples or friends. You check-in with Jun-san at their izakaya and then you get autonomously to the house, with well-equipped kitchen, free bicycle and washing machine for a super fair price. The beds were very comfortable with termoblanket if needed. The location is great to explore the heart of Shikoku. Would definitely go back!
