Lovely cabin with very friendly staff. Pickup service offered from Sasaguri Station was very convenient and appreciated as the location is a bit out of the way. The beds were very comfortable and the in-suite onsen was so lovely (although very very hot at first but you can add cold water - give it 5 to 10 minutes depending on your heat tolerance).

Employees are very nice, the hotel is very clean, and the food is very good. However, I did not request an aisle room; I requested an inside room and information about dinner.

The room was so neat and nice. It was more than I expected. I could enjoy the hot spring up close when I wanted it, and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. I felt good throughout the trip because the staff were very kind.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s very spacious, well decorated, private onsen in the bathroom is amazing. The staff is friendly. We really appreciated the kaiseki dinner. Everything was perfect

The location was not very far from Fukuoka. The place was quiet and peaceful, best experience during the time in Fukuoka. Also, the staff was really kind and informative, which made me really want to visit this location again during next tour in Japan!!

I have my private hot spring. The tub is very big and clean. The room has a 3 stage glass patio doors which I can slide open them all, then I got a very wide view of the garden. I live in Toronto. I have house with my own back yard. But the patio door can only be slide opened to one side, not like this hotel. That is Excellent.

Area is quite nice, nice walking. Lovely short walk to the restaurant where we have our own private dining room. The quality of hot spring, onsen, was good.

I was very satisfied with the room, which was larger than expected and was able to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan. The accommodation seemed to have good privacy as it was located independently, and late at night, you could go out to the front yard and look up at the stars. had a good time Dinner and breakfast were served in a room just for two people, and I was impressed by the high quality and the sincerity with which each dish was prepared.
