Palace Hotel will definitely go down as one of the most pleasant and surprising places I’ve ever stayed at. From arriving on a red carpet to having the entire spa practically to myself; complete with three different saunas, a jacuzzi, and a large pool with a water jet - this hotel exceeded my expectations tenfold. The breakfast was okay-ish, although we weren’t aware there were several menu options available (we were simply asked “two breakfasts?” and agreed). As you can see from my photo, the breakfast was rather small and would have been expected to be way more interesting, however due to all the exceedingly positive notes of this hotel I will not write it as a negative side nor will I deduce any points because of it. Still, the coffee was excellent and more than made up for it. Parking was convenient, with an easy view of the car right from our room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the young gentleman on the night shift who checked us in and kindly made sure everything was good during our spa time. A fantastic stay overall... peaceful, elegant, and full of pleasant surprises.

A fantastic experience! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the SPA relaxing and fully equipped, and the breakfast plentiful with many delicious options. Excellent service and welcoming staff. I will definitely return on my next trip to Kosovo.

It was the baddest experience that I ever had, when I entered the hotel i tried to pay by card but it doesn't work i was dealing with them about 30 minutes just for check in, after this he give me a card to open the room after i get to the room i tried to open but it didn't work and i heard voices of people in same room, i get down to change the key and come back i enter the room. In fridge there was alcoholic drinks i called the reception to come a remove the alcoholic drinks and bring me 5 bottles of water he don't came until i called him for second time after 40 minutes like this, All i wanna say is that i wasn't happy with anything in there it deserves 3stars only never more.
