“Was apprehensive at first, but turned out to be a great stay”
The room was HUGE compared to any other hotel room I've ever stayed at in Japan. Everything seemed relatively clean, maybe even cleaner than normal hotel rooms. This is a hotel that is best accessed by car. I was grateful for the free parking, although at night it is a little hard to find a space. Yes, love hotels can be a little seedy, but it was surprisingly great accommodation for us! Also the bathroom was pretty clean but we definitely did not use the bathtub. I don't trust the jets in any tub.

Very nice place, cheap and confortable. People are very nice and want to help. You need a car or taxi to come. It's an love hotel, but this is not a problem for a touristic stay.

It is a very good hotel with a lot of services for a low price. From this point of view, it is excellent. However, one should be aware that the hotel is a bit particular. It is a real hotel but it seems that the clientele of this hotel are normally couples who spent there not more than one night in general. The receptionist, not speaking English, seemed confused that I planned to stay for 3 nights and this alone. I got every day a new access card to my room since the system was not made for 3-day stays. Part of the room service was a few condoms. Do not get it wrong, it is a very nice hotel, clean, with kind personnel and an excellent price-to-service ratio but just be prepared since I was a bit confused when I arrived. But I would sleep there again without any doubt.
