“Very different from what was advertised and far below our expectations.”

The sea view could have been beautiful if we had not been forced to park our car in the yard, which blocked a significant part of it. The location itself has potential, and we initially chose the property because it advertised a nearby beach, two bathrooms, and an entire villa. Unfortunately, the beach turned out to be inaccessible due to damaged stairs, and the alternative beach access in the village was in the same condition. During nine days at the property, we could not access the local beach even once. The property was also not an entire villa but a ground-floor apartment with another rental unit above it. The upstairs terrace overlooks the entire yard, resulting in very little privacy. We also frequently heard footsteps, terrace activity, and other noise from upstairs. Because parking outside did not feel safe, we often had to park inside the yard, which further reduced our enjoyment of the outdoor space and sea view.

We stayed at Oikia Eleanthi, and it was simply a perfect vacation! The house exceeded all our expectations — spacious, cozy, beautifully equipped, with an incredible sea view right from the terrace. A special thank you to the wonderful host — very kind, responsive, and attentive. It was a pleasure to communicate with her, and she was always ready to help. A huge plus for us was that pets are allowed, which was very important. Everything on site turned out even better than in the photos: clean, peaceful, and comfortable. We truly felt at home. It's one of those places you genuinely want to return to. Thank you for the warm welcome and such a wonderful stay!

“Amazing stay in an outstanding house with unparalleled sea views”

We booked Oikia Eleanthi for an extended family holiday (6 adults and 1 infant). The house was amazing, spotless and fully equipped to cover all needs. There are gorgeous sea views from the front balcony/veranda with direct access to the beach (1min walk for a rougher/more adventurous beach and 10mins walk for a beach with sun loungers, cafe etc). The hosts were friendly, waited for us to arrive, handed over the keys and explained everything in detail. A couple of times we needed their help during our stay, they were very responsive and helpful. Oikia Eleanthi is best accessed by car and you can easily drive to multiple places of interest such as Preveza with ease. We tried some of the many, local restaurants, some are within walking distance from the house. We're looking forward to another stay at this beautiful house!

“relax”

The house is like from a fashion magazine. provides a completely new type of tourism. it's much more relaxed. no noise and rush like in a hotel. the view of the sea and the breeze on the terrace gives a feeling of happiness and peace. time flows more slowly and the feeling of time spent is longer. in front of the house is a narrow steep path to the sea. a great place to be alone, breathe the sea air and watch the waves in the evening. 3 minutes away is a decent beach with sunbeds, a nice and clean café. and pleasant people. near is a Greek restaurant with excellent food. the tables are in a nice yard, in the shade of the trees. food can be taken away and eaten on the terrace overlooking the sea. there is no crowd. The house itself has everything we have in our house and great internet, Netflix, board games and much more... Who wants a reboot from work and other obligations, this is a hit. Very comfortable house with great location and amazing view. Very nice and welcoming host. Higly recommended for family vacation. One of the best place we ever stayed.
