“Nice stay, in general”
The location is great, and the swimming pool with the slide made the child's stay unforgettable. The restaurant offered nice meals, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

“The Staff were excellent!”
The pool was great fun for the kids, they loved the slide! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. It was cozy! The food at the restaurant was great and very reasonably priced. The Staff everywhere were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The Grab and Go team especially Ivan worked so hard all weekend and were lovely despite the long hours they worked!

“Good value with easy highway access”
I was advised by the check-in staff that I had been upgraded to a superior larger King room in the North Members Tower. A nice bonus.The hotel has 2 separate room towers and a great indoor pool. Kids will love the indoor pool waterslide. There's also a 24 hour snack shop just off the lobby. A nice perk for late night snacks. They also serve Starbucks coffee during certain hours.

On the booking it says the hotel has 2 indoor pools and one is closed, however, when we checked in both pools were in maintenance. I exclusively ask for a pool as it was getting colder. No towels were provided till the guards of the big blue slide came 10 minutes after 10 Am. We ask the receptionist as some signs show for towels, they said its with the guards. So you have to wait till after 10 AM for that.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed, staff was helpfull and always there if you ever need anything. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was delicious I would definitely come back.
