“Great location, comfhealthy breakfast”
Location to Pearson airport. Shuttle service was very welcome especially for late arrival. Room and beds were comfortable, shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good, many healthy and tasty options.

The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, and taking the shuttle back to the airport was a great help. The driver was very helpful.

Nothing. Hotel refused to refund my stay that we couldn't do , do to our trip being cancelled to Cuba. And called numerous times to cancel and get refund ans Noone returned calls or emails. Would not return.

Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel due to a misunderstanding that it isn't solved. After, repeatedly disscutions with the reservation department for the reimbursement of my money, I didn't received no answer to my problem. It has been a month since this reservation without any updates to the situation. Need to work on your communication with the clients. I made the booking through booking, at a late hour after a cancelation of my flight.I explained my situation without being solved.
