Excellent staffs who made our stay delightful. Ishan was so attentive and polite. He and chef Roshan looked after us so well. Roshan even cooked a complimentary calamari dish for us and served at the beach side. Small boutique hotel which is incredibly clean and well appointed. We stayed in the pool side room with terrace and the view from our terrace was incredible. Comfortable bed and well appointed and large room and bathroom. Very good breakfast every morning served to our liking. The hotel is at the beginning of the main arterial road so quieter than the main area yet a short drive from all the restaurants. Beach in front of the property is gorgeous but isn’t swimmable. Although Mirissa beach or secret beach is nearby where we enjoyed a lot. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

This place is a gem, stayed there with my wife for 4 nights and it has been remarkable the property is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and supportive also, the food there is insanely good we had dinner there few times and it didn't disappoint Would do it again 100%, highly recommended if you're staying in the city this should be your next go to

“Beautiful boutique hotel experience.”

We thoroughly enjoyed the boutique hotel experience. Staff were friendly and your comfort was clearly a priority for them. The layout of the hotel allowed for perfect views of the beach with easy access to the water. Able to see wild life (We saw sea turtles, iguana, crabs, dogs, chameleons, and a variety of birds). Delicious a la carte breakfast served daily. The mango jam made in house was sublime.

“We ran away the moment we entered the rooms, the place looks nice in photo but is a danger”

All rooms were moldy with heavy heavy smell of mold and humidity all in all a medical safety hazard. In addition while it says that this place is a high rating luxury resort, this is more of an old villa that doesn't give you the privacy vibe a couple would want nor pleasant stay, it feels like you rented a room in an old moldy airbnb with other people.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. Roshan and the team went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout. They even prepared special meals for both us and the kids, which was a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The property itself is very clean and well maintained, and we stayed in the one-bedroom suite, which was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. A real highlight was the special anniversary dinner they arranged for us on the beach. It was beautifully set up and made the occasion truly memorable. The team treated both us and our kids with such warmth and care. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back soon!

“Amazing stay”

Absolutely fantastic. The location is great, the room was big and spacious, very clean and opens to the sea. The staff were so kind and welcoming, friendly. 100/10 would recommend this place. We went for our honeymoon, and the place is very romantic, you can have dinner on the beach. Nobody’s around, it’s far enough from the crowded areas to basically have a private beach, but close enough to reach in 10 min by tuktuk. Perfect location, delicious brownies too!

Absolutely stunning property, completely beachfront!! We had turtles laying eggs right out the front of the hotel. The staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. 100% recommend.
