Ive been coming for years. Perfect location, just off the road by around 20 seconds, enough not to hear the road. Close enough to be on the beach in a couple of minutes. My room was like heaven, super clean with big four poster bed, gorgeous new & clean bathroom. Super cool shower! (Better then my own to be honest!!) Even with mini fridge to keep water cool. Along with tea making facilities! Cleaned every few days. Wonderful balcony looking into the sea. A fabulous spot for yoga in the morning too upstairs. The host family are super kind, gracious and looked after me as I am a solo traveller, after a sea urchin incident they took me immediately to the hospital and made sure I was ok.They even picked me up from the airport! And took me to Galle. Along with a great laundry facility.I will be coming to stay again! I wish I could stay longer. I'm going to miss my room, & and lovely family so much. Thank you eternally. I feel like I am healed after 2 weeks with you guys 🙌⭐🙏

Perfect location, just across the road from the beach. Nice sea view from the terrace, and great breakfast. The room was great, good breakfast, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Was in Mirissa for two nights, had to book very last minute due to difficulty planning and this was just the perfect place for my stay. Well located, simple yet comfortable and the team made it really easy for me. Hiran the manager picked me up on arrival in Weligama and also drop me off on departure for my 6am train at Matara with his tuck tuck. The room has a fridge, and also kettle for any time tea. There's a little supermarket accross the street and a great, all you can eat sri lanka curry place 50mts down the road. Internet worked totally fine. I will certainly come back!

Great budget option located just steps from Mirissa Beach and Parrot Rock. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, featuring fridge, AC, and mosquitoes net. Although service is basic, the property is kept clean and run by a very friendly local family. A fresh breakfast is served daily on the rooftop. The location is excellent, with a bus stop, restaurants, and ATM all within walking distance. Please note: payment is cash only (LKR, USD, EUR), converted fairly using market rates.

The breakfast fresh and tasty with the view to palms and ocean. Big terrace with the sunset view. Birds and animals around. Walking to the Ocean is 3 minutes right to Parrot rock. The hosts are nice and supportive. The host has tuk tuk and can help with going to different places. We went to Madiha beaches and to Nilwala river crocodiles watching with his help.

Amazing location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very spacious and clean room. We had a delicious breakfast with a view on the terrace. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast. Quiet location despite being so close to the main road and beach. Plenty of eating options nearby. Simple room but clean and comfortable. Ac and fridge work well. Great balcony. Nice staff but English limited.

Breakfast was great, and got an early checkin. Host also organised a whale watching tour at a decent price. Room is spacious and clean. Wifi worked well too!

Helpful friendly staff

Great location, just 2-3 min walk from the ocean and Mirissa ⛱️ Modern, renovated room and bathroom with a great terrace. Delicious breakfast with a great view. Excellent rooftop views at bays and ocean. Kind and helpful staff.

“Great value rooms with a good location.”

The location was convenient for accessing the beach and had a lovely verandah in front of the room. There’s a huge bed with mosquito net curtains. We enjoyed the rooftop breakfasts where we were also allowed access during the day to relax if we wanted to. The friendly manager arranged a whale watching trip for us to include tuk tuk transfers for ourselves and another couple which we appreciated as we were given a good price and the best boat!
