location was amazing since it was right in front of the beach. we stayed during the low season so we were able to enjoy the beach and ocean to the fullest as well. hotel is family run and the family were warm and hospitable. if you’re looking for luxury standard this place might not be it but if you’re looking for a peaceful home stay ambiance this place is perfect!! and we were able to catch the sunset every day as well right from our balcony 😍

“Great location”

The property was in a great location right on the beach front and near parrot rock, Mirissa beach and coconut tree hill. The family that run the home stay were so lovely and answered any questions I had. Excellent for the price, we had washing done as well which was a reasonable price.

“Cozy Homestay by the beach”

Very cozy homestay with adorable and kind hosts! The apartment has a private entrance to the beach and we could swim there every morning. Amazing views from the balcony and comfortable beds. Had warm showers too. The breakfast was simple but sufficient

“Tourist trap”

One road ahead is the road entry to coconut hill. Old man working here is a nice man but his children are not.

Nice Place, with a super convenient location, Just on the beach!

Great location, amazing staff

Really close to the beach. You can literally get to the beach via their garden! The garden is really calm and I spent some time there reading and watching the sunset! The family running it is great and they accommodated my later check in and check out. Super clean and big big room!

The property had amazing views over the ocean. Accommodation was basic but everything we needed and staff were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Location is good and this view from the balcony… so beautiful. But unfortunately that’s all that you can like there. Owners are very kind too, they are helpful and always are available for any questions.

Very good place near to the beach

Basic accommodation at a very reasonable price. Easy private access to the beach. Very friendly and helpful

Ran by such a lovely family and in such an amazing location! The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We were given fresh mango juice on arrival and were led straight onto the beach from a direct path from the garden! We had yummy breakfast in the morning and were very sad to leave. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
